Iced Macchiato My 85 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Mark Maoicco. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Mark and his staff. My mom has quite a few health problems. Dr Mark has been so helpful in guiding my mother for future. A few mentions: Pam is truly such a patient and professional staff member- she exemplifies great customer service and I am so thankful for her knowledge and experience (my mom was talked into switching her Medicare supplement and Pam was instrumental in helping us and was amazing and patient)!!!! Shannon, Dr Marks nurse also goes above and beyond to help and answer questions! Taylor (I believe was the name) also took the time to explain Medicare to me (as I do not have Medicare yet). The two front desk staff (I dont know their names) are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. One of them has a silly sign at her desk reminding people to be kind to one another! Having an elderly and aging parent is tough but the staff at Quality Care really do "CARE" and go above and beyond to help their patients!! My family and I (and my Mother) are so thankful for all their assistance!!! I would award 10 stars if I could!! (Rachel Machado).

Brianna B Dr. Vye is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. I have been seeing Dr. Vye since Spring 2007. He is absolutely great. He has been the most kind and thoughtful doctor I have seen. He always listens to my concerns and needs and tries to help me as much as possible. His staff has always been very helpful even when issues come up that are not easy to handle. They always get back to me right away if I leave a message in the nurses office recorder. I have never had a problem making an appointment and getting in when I need to. I am and will continue to see Dr. Vye, hopefully, for a very long time. The best doctor in the Northwest I would say.

Vivian V On oct 28th at 130 in the afternoon I seen an overdose out side of the fence on the south side of this building. . I called 911 the person was on the brink of death . A client walking to her car ran back in the building to tell them what we were witnessing. All of a sudden 10 nurses and doctors ran down the parking lock up a side walk with massive amount of medical supplies another one came with a big red cart . These angels nurses were fast and well skilled . They saved a life !!!! I was so amazed !! Our community is so lucky to have these skilled employees! They were ER on the sidewalk . They had the situation under control before the fire department responded . The didnt have to do nothing but the did . The over dosed victim would of been dead without them . Im so proud of them !!! A mother didnt have to hear about her child dead today because of the angels at yakima neighborhood Health on 8 th street !!!!

Leslie Jimenez This clinic is the best of Yakima, I can not express how nice and respectful these ladies are at the front desk. There always willing to help out and figure out what we need! The doctor as well, he is very kind and willing to figure out what is wrong with our health. I appreciate everything these ladies do, and especially the doctor. Even though there is only one doctor, you can see how much work he puts in to make our health better. I honestly would recommend everyone to go to this clinic. One of the best!!

Sheree Walruff Well, I had to wait a few months to get my appointment, but understandable do to Covid, and short staff. I was given options to contact if I needed care. My experience has been really good. The staff are really friendly, and informative. I am told ahead of time of any schedule changes I need to make. I still have a couple months to go, but I look forward to my visits. My counselor has been a God send. This treatment, I believe, will save my life.

Hye Parkman The front desk provides the fast professional admin services. The doctors are very knowledgeable; they listen to my concerns and provide appropriate treatments and referrals. Of course nurses are friendly and doing the job well. I respect them all and am a very happy patient.

NukaCoLa Have to admit I was not happy at 1st to have been recommended for a appointment here due to just how The hospital ER and security are so rude and unfriendly and especially unprofessional, This place was the exact opposite Super friendly as soon as walk through the doors from the front desk to the nursing staff , answered all my questions and concerns w out treating me rude , real great professional mannerism and great bed side manners The ER Department should definitely follow the lung and vascular department around this way they know how to treat people
