Payge Prater I went to two urgent cares that treated me like absolute garbage and did not do testing swabs correctly. I then went to the emergency room, there was a bit of a wait, but they took care of me right off the bat and actually made me feel heard. Gave me antibiotics immediately. I really appreciate it. This is the best I felt all week Just from hours after leaving the emergency room. Thank you guys so much.

H Gail Allen I visited Mexico this February for the first time, I’m 83 and had walked with a cane for 4 years. I lost my passport and had to stay for an extra week. What to do for that extra week besides sea and sun? What my friend did was call his doctor, Dr. Rosa Maria Martinez. She came out to his apartment that day on her way home, examined me and made appointments, one for X-rays the next day and another with a orthopaedic doctor the day after. She also checked my meds, because the extra week in Mexico left me short, and left me a prescription for enough to tide me over until I got home. She was so thoughtful and efficient. I was so grateful. That would not have happened in Canada. Doctors don’t make house like that. And to make arrangements then for other appointments right away? I really felt she was magic. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently and professionally. I feel very fortunate to have Apple Valley and Dr. Pontarolo as my care team. l highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Greene’s team provided the utmost of compassionate care from check in to discharge with clear instruction on home care and home exercises. Having major surgery is scary but they tuned into me to help me approach the long-awaited day with confidence in them and my ability to recover fully.

Dame Dr. Thomas was very helpful and I enjoyed that he thought out loud. It helped understand what he was looking for and made the visit less stressful. Also the nurses are always kind.
