Wilkinson Wellness Clinic - Yakima (WA)

Shanee Andreas They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. Usually a line out the door to check in. We have been waiting 2 weeks for Dr. Bremjit to fill out Emergency placement for my Mother-in-law who has a broken back. We have called every day with no call backs and are visiting for the 2nd time today to sit in there until someone helps us. If I could report them for neglect I would. There are so many unhappy people according to reviews. At what point are offices held reliable for terrible care????

Vivian V On oct 28th at 130 in the afternoon I seen an overdose out side of the fence on the south side of this building. . I called 911 the person was on the brink of death . A client walking to her car ran back in the building to tell them what we were witnessing. All of a sudden 10 nurses and doctors ran down the parking lock up a side walk with massive amount of medical supplies another one came with a big red cart . These angels nurses were fast and well skilled . They saved a life !!!! I was so amazed !! Our community is so lucky to have these skilled employees! They were ER on the sidewalk . They had the situation under control before the fire department responded . The didnt have to do nothing but the did . The over dosed victim would of been dead without them . Im so proud of them !!! A mother didnt have to hear about her child dead today because of the angels at yakima neighborhood Health on 8 th street !!!!

Christi Mallow It took almost 3 months to get an appointment for a hospital follow up. Referrals were supposedly faxed by my doctors office to you, only to find they had the wrong fax number. After the referral was received I now had to wait for the scheduler to call me for an appt. I patiently waited 2 weeks for her to call. When I called everyday I finally got an appt. The Dr. Was great and spent time with me and my husband. He did tell us that because there are doctor shortages, hes usually 2-3 months out. I just dont think the process was done very well.

Dame Dr. Thomas was very helpful and I enjoyed that he thought out loud. It helped understand what he was looking for and made the visit less stressful. Also the nurses are always kind.

Jada Tolbert I have been a patient at this clinic for about 20 years. The last 6 years I have a lot of challenging medical issues. The staff is always on top of my care. I have NEVER had any problems with this clinic. Friends and family can’t believe how sufficient this clinic is. As a retired, CMA, I know how challenging a clinic can get. The staff is always spot on with my care and completely awesome! I feel very blessed to be a patient at this clinic.

NukaCoLa Have to admit I was not happy at 1st to have been recommended for a appointment here due to just how The hospital ER and security are so rude and unfriendly and especially unprofessional, This place was the exact opposite Super friendly as soon as walk through the doors from the front desk to the nursing staff , answered all my questions and concerns w out treating me rude , real great professional mannerism and great bed side manners The ER Department should definitely follow the lung and vascular department around this way they know how to treat people

Leslie Jimenez This clinic is the best of Yakima, I can not express how nice and respectful these ladies are at the front desk. There always willing to help out and figure out what we need! The doctor as well, he is very kind and willing to figure out what is wrong with our health. I appreciate everything these ladies do, and especially the doctor. Even though there is only one doctor, you can see how much work he puts in to make our health better. I honestly would recommend everyone to go to this clinic. One of the best!!
