Kathaleen Parker My recent visit to the Kaiser Salmon Creek Medical offices for a Scan procedure was an easy experience in Vancouver WA. The campus had good parking, easy freeway access and made the appointment process comfortable, professional and friendly. Although there were lots of patients there on the day of my Radiology appointment, I was done and on my way home quickly. The Radiology clinician explained her process with kind professionalism. The organization and quality trained staff is making my rating of the Kaiser Permanente Salmon Creek campus a 5-star experience.

Sarah Had a great experience for my appointment. The staff is kind and caring. I’m glad this place is an option for people as not everyone has insurance and I got in quickly. The room was comfortable and inviting, not like a cold hospital and where you are rushed in and out. You could feel that they care for women and their babies. Loved that it is faith based as well. Felt very cared for at my appointment and they answered all my questions. ❤️

sheilaalauddin I, sadly have needed the ER services twice lately and chose this ER over PeaceHealth. Both times I was treated with compassion and all my questions were answered before I was released. While I am sure that the cause of my ER visits got me to the top of the list of being seen…. I truly was amazed at how many people were in the ER. And while waiting in the lobby to be called back, I also was amazed at how some people use the ER for things that they could see their regular doctor or an urgent care for. I received excellent care from this hospital and am glad it was there for me in my time(s) of need.

Mickey Mishra You know what? Lets talk about the Real unsung People who never get talked about. The People who run the Canteen and VCS there. Look at this Taco Salad Boys! Its AMAZING SAUCE! The Cooks there are TOP! Burgers ALWAYS hot of the Grill. And the PRICES ARE AMAZING GUYS! The place to eat is sort of Fast Food in seating but has Nice views. They Also keep the area as well and clean. They dont put out anything to Bus or clean your tables, but thats the only thing they do not have. So same as Ikea. Lots of Vending Machines here for GeeDunk and the staff in the store is SUPER nice! They have a Small selection of stuff but its a Small store. They also have a Nice selection of Salads. Not as Much as I would like. But they are good for the size of the store/ Cafeteria area. My fav part about the CVS Canteen is the Breakfasts! You can Get your Omelets and Eggs made any way you want them. And Breakfast tastes great BTW! The View of the Dining room is nice too. You can see the Golf carts go by and do their rounds. The Palm Trees and the way the Landscaping is done almost looks like Hawaii or Florida Motife. Cell Phone Service there is CDMA. (Verizon / Sprint ) So those with T Mobile may have trouble getting their Hot spot to work there. Or Good cell service with T_mobile And there is no WiFi there for Public use. THe Vancouver Campus is one of my Favs. Please check them out. And make sure to say a Gracious thank thank you. They are really above and Beyond great.

Olenka Bondar This is a very good clinic. The staff is friendly, the premises are very clean. I waited only 10 minutes, I was quickly admitted to the doctor, and after 20 minutes in the queue I had blood tests and an X-ray done. Compared to others, this place is great.

nadia G. I had some cysts in the corner of my eye and I just randomly schedule appt. and came to see Dr. Chavez. I had my surgery yesterday, he was very professional he did an amazing job and so quick that I didnt even notice when it was over and I had no time to be fearful. I will be recommending him to everyone that need an eye care. Thank you Dr. Chavez you are the BEST!!

Crystal Atkinson This is a great urgent care/walk-in clinic! I called ahead to see how busy they were. Do note theres no need for an appointment. We walked right in and were promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. Seen right away. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They even offered my son a juice and cracker when he said he was horribly hungry. I love that this was a no fuss, caring place to go when not feeling well. Its also a pretty great location centrally located off of Mill Plain. Definitely will go here over other places when needed!

Michelle Exceptional Care and Compassionate Staff Dr. Bessas is by far the best doctor I’ve seen in over a decade. He truly listens, takes the time to understand your concerns, and works with you to create an effective action plan for improving your health. Unlike many doctors who seem rushed, he ensures you feel heard and supported, which is a rare and invaluable quality. His office staff is just as incredible. Mackenzee, the first person you’ll typically interact with at the front desk, is warm, friendly, and always helpful. Alyssa, who takes you to the exam room and checks your vitals, has a great sense of humor and makes every visit more comfortable. The entire team is professional, caring, and dedicated to patient well-being. One of the standout aspects of Dr. Bessas’ practice is that he isn’t bound by corporate bureaucracy—he prioritizes quality care over speed. If he’s running behind schedule, it’s because he’s giving another patient the same attention and thoroughness that he’ll give to you. That level of dedication is worth the wait. Highly recommend Dr. Bessas and his team for anyone looking for exceptional medical care!

Donna Richards Dr. Burton has been the greatest with our fur babies! Knowledgeable, experienced and some of the best prices we’ve had with vets. I love that he lays it all out for you and it never feels like he’s trying to push into doing too much/more than you need. His honestly and obvious love for your animals makes him one of a kind and a breath of fresh air.
