Jacob alaniz Had a tooth pulled. Have to say it was the best dental expirience that Ive ever had. I just want to thank everyone there. Very kind, compassionate, timely, and very knowledgeable. I have always gotten nervous when i would have to go to the dentist, this time was no different. There wasnt one person in the entire place the didnt or wouldnt of went out of the way to make me feel calm. Wonderful people through and through. Highly recommed this clinic. Thank you all for your help.

Heather Marie Solomon Nurse Sergio who was working in the observation unit on the night of 2/28/25 was the best nurse ever. He showed me so much compassion and kindness. I had a terrible experience with one nurse and Sergio made sure that my needs were met and I wasnt alone. This man needs to be rewarded for just being a very good person and kind human being. Thank you nurse Sergio for being there for me.

Abbie Schoenleber I sustained a work related injury for the first time and came in on a Tuesday Night around 6. The first place I went to I had to deal with a very rude nurse that was condescending about not having a “needed” form from my employer. I came in here just to ask for clarification on what the needed form would be and the guy at the front desk was super nice and explained that they actually were the ones that needed to supply the form! He was so very helpful and the nurse, doctor, and x-ray tech were all so kind and on top of what they were doing. They made this entire stressful day/process so much better, I highly recommended this location for Urgent Care!

David B I was reluctant due to the low ratings, but I had a great experience. From getting setup as a new patient, quickly getting into a exam room, onsite lab work and diagnosis from the doctor. Everyone was attentive, helpful and genuinely caring. Not sure about the low ratings. Perhaps more happy customers need to take a moment to give a review.

Beverly Bellmore Short wait time, friendly staff, good care. We recently moved to Vancouver from Central Oregon. All vets we contacted to start care were not taking new patients. We tried St Francis on recommendation from another vet. I was pleasantly surprised that it was an emergency clinic but were taking regular clients. We felt very satisfied with the efficiency of the vet and staff and their compassionate care. We’ll continue to take our Honey Pie to St Francis for all her medical needs.

Ks Ma I have been seeing Dr Bessas for 11 years. He listens, is compassionate. If you want that small practice single doctor care this is your place. They have amazing staff who is always on top of your care. Thank you for being here for me.

nadia G. I had some cysts in the corner of my eye and I just randomly schedule appt. and came to see Dr. Chavez. I had my surgery yesterday, he was very professional he did an amazing job and so quick that I didnt even notice when it was over and I had no time to be fearful. I will be recommending him to everyone that need an eye care. Thank you Dr. Chavez you are the BEST!!

Micah Hankel I went in on the 8th of Jan to meet with Dr Johnson for the first time. I was so impressed on how nice, courteous, professional all the staff was and especially Dr Johnson. He is absolutely awesome, he treated me so kindly, listened to what I had to say, explained things to me and is so willing to help me. Its so appreciated.
