Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation

Voyles Lisa “BeautifullyFlawed” I have worked at Salmon Creek Post Acute for 1 year now. I have finally found a home here at SCPA, where I can work side by side with a team dedicated to caring for others. The therapy department is amazing! Unlike other places I have worked , there is a higher level of accountability, a mindset towards solutions and genuine support for staff and patients alike. I can honestly say if I had a loved one who needed skilled nursing, this is the place Id want them to be. Id recommend this facility to anyone in my field looking for a job.

Columbia Veterinary Center

Alyssa Wells I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. We have seen 4-5 different doctors and all have been fantastic, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I never feel pushed to do anything I don’t feel comfortable with or can’t afford. I always leave the clinic feeling so grateful and that my dogs are truly well taken care of.

Community in Motion

Deborah Durgan Exodus is the best transportation ever! always on time. My friend left her cup behind. The next day I got a ride and the driver remembered me, had the cup that my friend left. He even remembered her name and gave the cup to her. To me that is the best customer service ever and beyond. They are always so nice and on time. Their polite and the ride is comfortable. I will always use their services because they are so reliable. Thank you Exodus!

Southwest Washington Regional Surgery Center

Jason Van Camp This review will only discuss the quality of care, since none of the billing has had time to process yet, and I see the concerns of other previous reviewers; I have had similarly ridiculous, convoluted issues with OHSU in the past, so I am wary of the fallibility of a health care providers billing department. My wife underwent a minor but still somewhat frightening procedure involving an epidural-like injection into her spine, to alleviate the pain and symptoms related to a pinched nerve between two vertebrae. Thankfully, she felt she was in good hands with Dr. Kafrouni who, despite looking a bit like a young John Kreese from Cobra Kai, was exceptionally caring, communicative, reassuring, knowledgeable, and clear in his descriptions of the procedure itself, as well as all after-care instructions. Whether this procedure will be the silver bullet that fixes my wifes issue has yet to be seen: the effects of the injection will take days to manifest, and a full vertebrae-replacement surgery is still in the cards if it doesnt). Either way, Dr. Kafrounis insight into the nature of her suffering, the likelihood of it being transient versus permanent, the symptoms to watch out for (in case of the latter), and the path towards total recovery, in addition to his excellent surgical prowess and incredible bedside manner, made the whole experience so much less frightening and frustrating as it could have been. PeaceHealth as an entity may not be perfect (far from it), but surgeons like Dr. Kafrouni arent far off the mark.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center

Heather Marie Solomon Nurse Sergio who was working in the observation unit on the night of 2/28/25 was the best nurse ever. He showed me so much compassion and kindness. I had a terrible experience with one nurse and Sergio made sure that my needs were met and I wasnt alone. This man needs to be rewarded for just being a very good person and kind human being. Thank you nurse Sergio for being there for me.

Columbia Anesthesia Group

Deborah Joling As a Registered Nurse I frequently cared for Dr Michael Paradis patients and found him to be an excellent anesthesiologist. When I needed surgery I specifically requested him for my procedure. Knowing he would be managing my anesthesia was a large part of my decision to travel to Vancouver for surgery rather than having it in Bend where I live. As I had expected he handled it perfectly. I recommend him highly and thank him for his excellent care.

Legacy Emanuel Medical Center

Mickey Mishra This is absolutely the most unsafe hospital you can go to. Last time I left there was a fight right outside exiting the parking lot. A woman was beating up on a man right outside in plain daylight. Its just a certain area is very rough. So be really careful and make sure to park inside the parking garage is where theres a camera located there to ensure your safety. Also you need to go through a metal detector in order to go to this hospital which is something new to me and honestly is a big red flag. It absolutely is startling to believe how bad this area is now. Once you are inside, things are very nice just like they were 20 years ago. The emergency room is especially great in fact its one of the best in Portland. However I would avoid the pharmacy at all costs, and drop your prescriptions elsewhere. As far as navigation in the facility it sure does seem like thats been taken to a second place standing. Most of the information plaques simply list of doctors name and not the clinic Many of the informational placards are even out of date on the various clinics that are still occupied. I heard that OHSU in legacy are going to be teaming up and honestly I dont really have high hopes for this venture.
