I also value the shuttle service they offered, along with their clear communication and regular updates! They even finished the job ahead of schedule, which was important since I was on a tight timeline for going to work later in the day, which allowed me to arrive on time. sean reading Kent Collision Center did an awesome job repairing my Tesla. They were very responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. An added perk to this facility is the free root beer and Jam. A+ service and quality of work.

Geoffrey Biteman Called them for an alignment. They said i could bring it right away which is usually very hard to find in a shop. They kept excellent care of my vehicle and went above an beyond. I didnt know my inner and outer tie rods were junk and they called me, got the parts ordered and had it done the same day!!!! Outstanding service! You just dont get that anymore folks...this is the real deal! I dont let ANY other shops work on my car since i usually do it myself but i whole heartedly trust Warren Secord. 10/10 Love these guys. Thanks again!!! My car has never driven this good!

Shirley Feuu Hector is really a stand up great guy! After a failed run with a different mechanic I found Hector through the nextdoor app. He was very professional and prompt. He came to diagnose a coolant issue with my BMW. After agreeing for him to do the repairs he sent me links to the parts I needed to order right away. He communicated a day and time that worked for us both and for the repair he kept me informed on all steps showing pictures of the before and after. Answered all questions I had. I am definitely going to call him for all my vehicles. He’s trustworthy, very reasonably priced, and honest which is hard to find in mechanics.

Rocky Chenaux Automotive Experts did a complete motor replacement for me a few months back they did a fantastic job. Im very happy with their work and highly recommend them. The starter they installed at the time of the engine repair failed and the just did a warranty replacement on the starter. They got the starter and replaced it right away. They kept me informed nd like I said, they do great work. 5 stars no joke!

They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work and were honest about what needed to be done. My car was ready on time and runs perfectly now.
