If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and all-around great human being, look no further. I originally thought my alternator was the issue and bought a new one, but instead of just taking my money and swapping it out, he ran diagnostics and figured out the real problem. Let’s be real—9 times out of 10, a mechanic will tell you that you’ve got unicorns dancing under the hood just to justify unnecessary repairs. Not this guy.
Turns out, my issue was electrical and needed programming—something only Ford and select shops can handle. Instead of leaving me stranded, he pointed me in the right direction, explained everything clearly, and even followed up afterward to answer my questions.
And here’s the kicker: he refused to take a payment. I’ve been trying to pay him, and he won’t budge. He genuinely cares, understands the stress of car troubles, and just wants to help. That kind of integrity is rare.
