5 /5 Geoffrey Biteman: Called them for an alignment. They said i could bring it right away which is usually very hard to find in a shop. They kept excellent care of my vehicle and went above an beyond. I didnt know my inner and outer tie rods were junk and they called me, got the parts ordered and had it done the same day!!!! Outstanding service! You just dont get that anymore folks...this is the real deal! I dont let ANY other shops work on my car since i usually do it myself but i whole heartedly trust Warren Secord. 10/10 Love these guys. Thanks again!!! My car has never driven this good!

3 /5 Ryan: 100$ was a fair price for prebuyers inspection. Other places charge way more. My only complaint was that I did not recieve an estimate on how much it would cost to repair. If I need another inspection I will definitely come back.

5 /5 Sharon Barkin: I took my old VW Jetta into Warren Secord Automotive in Kent, WA today. A bad smell was coming from under my car and the smell was getting into the cabin. I checked the fluids for low levels to see if there was a bad leak (cracked hose?) but they were all fine. My daughter-in-law recommended Warren Secord, so I took it there. Everyone was friendly and straightforward. They gave it an inspection and brought me a photo. A plastic bag had wrapped around the exhaust pipe and melted to it! They removed the melted plastic and gave me a list of repairs I might want to do in the future. So, my car is good again, and all for a very reasonable price and wait time. Another plus is a big, fluffy dog to scritch. I definitely recommend them.
