1 /5 Travis Wielenga: I received my 2019 jeep renegade vehicle back from these people with incomplete assembly done to it. The vehicle passenger mirror still using original skin, which is clearly scraped up. You can’t really see it in the picture but if you see it in person, it is scraped up. There was interior headliner damage on the passenger side as well from the accident and they did nothing to fix any of it. I also have this weird transmission issue where it’s in drive but goes nowhere and tires. Exploding the ones they replaced three of them. I had to go and replace because they eventually started to fall apart or explode. I brought the vehicle to them telling them of these issues and they did nothing to fix any of it. I did try a third time and I was just given a dirty look and nobody helped me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Specially, the way they treat your vehicle. I discovered some more covered up damage with wax colored wax really. And the windshield is cracked all the way across it started as soon as I got it back, Just completely disappointing. At any rate the vehicles is unsafe to drive so it just sits there going nowhere because why because these people made it worse than it was when I gave it to him at least it was drivable before I gave it to them. This place uses retreads for their tires. The vehicle was basically totaled and they did a strange job on it. I wish they would’ve just left it totaled out and then I don’t have to deal with this headache.

4 /5 Leanna Lupardus: Been here twice, each time theyve kept me updated on the process or my car every couple days. My colors are blended well and it looks very nice, as if no damage was done. It was fixed quicker then what we thought so thank you . They are a bit pricey but overall I am happy. I would come back.

Robert Adams the service writer was most excellent with his communication and timely response to questions and keeping me informed. We received the car back when promised and the work was excellent. Kevin Lockman who did the painting did such an amazing job blending you cant even tell there was work done let alone where. I HIGHLY recommend Crash Champion in Marysville.

5 /5 Thomas Resch: I first want to start by saying Im not someone that goes out of my way to write a review until I came to this crash champions. I got in my first accident, the guy wrecked the side of my truck from back door to the front bumper including my custom wheel. From Mary at the front desk, to Aaron in the shop, THEY ARE FANTASTIC. The customer service was incredible and very informative about everything. I would easily give my word on this shop. If I ever need any body work or anything done, I will go back to them, no question in my mind. Thank you everyone at CrashChampions!
