Panda Panda Very good for people with dental anxiety!!! I cant thank all the staff at Northpointe enough. Had a dental emergency and had to adjust my dental plan they laid out and needed an root canal sooner rather than later. They were able to fit me in within a couple days. I also have some pretty severe dental anxiety and was already freaking out in the lobby a little bit. The front-desk person was very helpful and comforting and all the staff in the back were great. The doctor was very communicative and great. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs routine dental work and has anxiety/fears involving dentists.

Every hygienist I’ve seen has been welcoming, well-prepared, and thoughtful with their questions. They clearly explain what they’re doing before any procedure, and for visual learners, they even walk you through scans of your teeth to explain the “why” behind their care decisions. One of the biggest reasons I stay with Latah Creek is their easy scheduling process. You can book your next appointment before you leave, and the text and card reminders they send are just the right frequency—not overwhelming, but incredibly helpful with a busy schedule. Dr. Kerst is fantastic—he always remembers me, greets me with a smile, and makes me feel like more than just a patient. Vina Lopez I’m pretty sure Dr. Taylor saved my life last night. If I could rate this practice a million stars I would. I’m not kidding when I say this, but yesterday when I went in for a tooth extraction with a different office, I got home and for some reason the area started bleeding— badly. I was sure I could stop it myself with some gauze and pressure with my own personal experience in the medical field. Nope. I knew it was bad when I went to check if the bleeding had stopped after 20mins and I heard a pop and felt a literal GUSH of blood in my mouth. I became a bit worried because that’s not normal at all. I was lucky enough when after some panicking and trying to go to urgent care - Dr. Taylor called me and as my roommate explained that my mouth was full of blood and I couldn’t talk, he let us know to meet him at his office. Thankfully after some weird situation with the previous office i saw, I was able to be seated in a chair and have Dr. Taylor find the source of the bleeding. I believe I was in the chair for a while but he literally did everything he could without any hesitation. I seriously could not thank Dr. Taylor enough for helping me last night. I’ve worked with many doctors as a medical professional, including in a dental setting. And I haven’t met many doctors that would be willing to meet up with a patient when they say they’re bleeding but this doctor cares about you GENUINELY. Safe to say I had a crazy night, but next time you’re thinking about going to a dentist to receive care that feels absolute, I would recommend Dr. Taylor a thousand times over. Again thank you so much, Dr. Taylor, you truly are a godsend, I don’t even think the ER would’ve been able to help and I am so grateful that you were able to stop the bleeding.

Dr. Vargas is an amazing dentist, knowledgeable, caring and without a doubt the very best dentists Ive had to good fortune of being treated by. The staff at the office, are top notch. If you come here you are making the best choice for a dentist in Spokane. I have no doubt that I will be a patient here for life.

The dental assistant was kind and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I was at ease throughout the visit. My hygienist did a thorough and gentle cleaning, and Dr. Parque was professional, informative, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated the teamwork and how smoothly everything went. Audrey Smith Dr. Van Gemert is an excellent dentist. He doesnt try to push unnecessary work, but really cares about helping make a long-term plan to help me have beautiful, healthy teeth until Im an ancient old crone. I get great, carrying, and realistic care from him and his team, especially Chandler the hygienist. I know its a jungle of dentists out there, and you want to make an informed choice.
