Mallory Battista The staff and dentists at Ash & Rowan are so nice, and very gentle and thorough. They care about their patients and create a very comfortable atmosphere, and Ive never had so many choices for polish flavor! These folks are the best!

Jessica Bishop Dr Regelin was amazing. I am a very anxious patient and he was calming the entire visit. At the start of the visit he focused on some calming techniques like deep breathing and hand movements that provided a lot of reassurance. He never seemed put off by my nerves and treated me with a lot of kindness and understanding. He talked through every step and checked in a lot to make sure I felt in control.

Lynn Patterson I’ve recently moved to Eastern WA and I came to Dr Ferguson’s Dental Practice upon a referral from friends who are patients. From my first cleaning to the replacement of a crown the care was extraordinary. Katie was so gentle and caring and Stephanie had such a pleasant calming and professional way about her. They both walked me through every step of the crown replacement and it was a breeze. You could tell they both really enjoy the dental practice too. Dr Ferguson is an excellent Dentist and I’d recommend him over and over again.

Panda Panda Very good for people with dental anxiety!!! I cant thank all the staff at Northpointe enough. Had a dental emergency and had to adjust my dental plan they laid out and needed an root canal sooner rather than later. They were able to fit me in within a couple days. I also have some pretty severe dental anxiety and was already freaking out in the lobby a little bit. The front-desk person was very helpful and comforting and all the staff in the back were great. The doctor was very communicative and great. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs routine dental work and has anxiety/fears involving dentists.

Jen Bilbrey Hands down the BEST dental clinic in Spokane. The entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel at ease throughout your entire visit. Amber always greets me with a smile at the front and Heather is the sweetest Hygienist. Dr. Scarborough is the first dentist I have ever seen to truly have empathy for dental anxiety and takes his time to walk through procedures and not rush. He is never pushy about treatment and I feel listened to as a patient. I am so happy that I found their practice. They have made going to the dentist a positive experience for me.

Joe OBrien I had the misfortune of my bridgework fracturing in the night. I was able to get an emergency appointment the very next morning. That happened on a Friday which is the day that Dr. Steins office is closed. He was able to get me in on that very day as well as his assistant Meagan. I had some very big plans/events for the upcoming week and I was very fortunate that we have Dr. Stein and his amazing team. Mirinda was a key player in this as well as she is always taking care of my family! I just feel so appreciative of this team of caring and passionate people who actually care for their patients. Thank you so very much and I will NEVER for get this experience.

Nissa Baxter As embarrassing as it is, at the ripe old age of 36, I am still afraid of the dentist. The sounds, smells, exam rooms, tools, hell even the lead vest, every aspect of it is paralyzing for me. I have to get exams and cleanings with laughing gas. I was refereed to Dr. Matta and his team from my Oral Surgeon, he came with glowing reviews. Even so, I was very reluctant. When I tell you he did not disappoint, he did not disappoint. After my jaw surgery l needed to completely redo all my dental work. As you can imagine, for someone like me, this was a nightmare. Extractions, implants, root canals, fillings, crowns, I had to have it all done. It meant visit after visit, months of work, my anxiety and fears were at an all time high. Dr. Matta and his staff emotionally, mentally, and financially worked through all my needs with me. They made me comfortable, they talked me through everything, explained every step, I never felt judged or ridiculous for my irrational fears, they literally held my hand. They offer such a warm, inviting, and soothing environment. I have free dental through my insurance and I pay out of pocket to come and see Dr. Matta and his staff, they are that good! They undid years of built up fears and trauma, that I had stored up from previous dental experiences. I’m proud to say I’ve had several visits now with no laughing gas! To some that’s not a big deal, but to me it speaks volumes to their level of care and passion for their work. I owe them everything. Make the call, It’s worth the consult

Denise Branum I recently changed jobs and different dental insurance. So, I saw all the previous reviews on this place n decided to try it. I called because I had some questions and I just happened to get the employee that handles the insurance claims and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get in pretty quickly because of a cancellation. The front desk lady was super nice, the lobby is decorated nice and they offer free small bottles of water. Tracy is the hygienist that I got to see. She did X-rays with this really high tech machine first. Im pretty sure it was a CT scan of my mouth. Anyways she was super nice, gentle and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist came in and said that he appreciated me answering all the questions on their "smile survey" paper work. He then addressed my concerns I had several). He took his time explaining things and his plan of treatment. I highly recommend this place.

Annie D The front office staff at Love Family Dentistry is always welcoming, helpful, and go up and beyond. Dr. Love and all the dental assistant are so wonderful at explaining each process and really making your visit feel so comfortable. They truly care about you.
