Audrey Smith Dr. Van Gemert is an excellent dentist. He doesnt try to push unnecessary work, but really cares about helping make a long-term plan to help me have beautiful, healthy teeth until Im an ancient old crone. I get great, carrying, and realistic care from him and his team, especially Chandler the hygienist. I know its a jungle of dentists out there, and you want to make an informed choice. Choose Cascade Dental Care, and Dr. Van Gemert!

Panda Panda Very good for people with dental anxiety!!! I cant thank all the staff at Northpointe enough. Had a dental emergency and had to adjust my dental plan they laid out and needed an root canal sooner rather than later. They were able to fit me in within a couple days. I also have some pretty severe dental anxiety and was already freaking out in the lobby a little bit. The front-desk person was very helpful and comforting and all the staff in the back were great. The doctor was very communicative and great. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs routine dental work and has anxiety/fears involving dentists.

Steve Brodigan Family Dental of Spokane Valley has been a great dentist for me. I have been to a few others in town and Dr. Ellsworth and his team have been fantastic. They are very personal and treat you like a person rather than the next patient. Dr. Ellsworth took his time and made sure his job was complete and satisfying for me even though his next patient was there. I will always recommend this office. Jessica Bishop Dr Regelin was amazing. I am a very anxious patient and he was calming the entire visit. At the start of the visit he focused on some calming techniques like deep breathing and hand movements that provided a lot of reassurance. He never seemed put off by my nerves and treated me with a lot of kindness and understanding. He talked through every step and checked in a lot to make sure I felt in control.

Jennifer Randolph Danielle does a great job! Always personable and friendly! She’s very careful when cleaning my teeth and is very throuogh.

Lynn Patterson I’ve recently moved to Eastern WA and I came to Dr Ferguson’s Dental Practice upon a referral from friends who are patients. From my first cleaning to the replacement of a crown the care was extraordinary. Katie was so gentle and caring and Stephanie had such a pleasant calming and professional way about her. They both walked me through every step of the crown replacement and it was a breeze. You could tell they both really enjoy the dental practice too. Dr Ferguson is an excellent Dentist and I’d recommend him over and over again.

Kyra C I normally hate the dentist office and always find ways to reschedule but not with this office! I was excited to come back after how friendly I was treated the first visit. First visit was very pleasant & simple to understand with going over my insurance and the costs for everything. Tiara was great with this and making sure I knew all my appointments! My hygienist, Haley, was awesome as well and very easy to talk too and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Happy I came across this dentist office! Oh yeah and the doc, doctor Colton was a very cool guy - I kind of want to hang out with him out side the office, maybe get a pair of shoes together or something. Idk!

Jennifer Piani Before becoming a patient of Dr. DesRoches, I had a life long fear of going to the dentist. Thanks to the kindness of Dr and his amazing staff, I have overcome that fear and actually look forward to seeing him and all the wonderful people that work there! (Kim is the best). I would highly recommend them, they are professional and excellent in the services and attention they provide.

Vina Lopez I’m pretty sure Dr. Taylor saved my life last night. If I could rate this practice a million stars I would. I’m not kidding when I say this, but yesterday when I went in for a tooth extraction with a different office, I got home and for some reason the area started bleeding— badly. I was sure I could stop it myself with some gauze and pressure with my own personal experience in the medical field. Nope. I knew it was bad when I went to check if the bleeding had stopped after 20mins and I heard a pop and felt a literal GUSH of blood in my mouth. I became a bit worried because that’s not normal at all. I was lucky enough when after some panicking and trying to go to urgent care - Dr. Taylor called me and as my roommate explained that my mouth was full of blood and I couldn’t talk, he let us know to meet him at his office. Thankfully after some weird situation with the previous office i saw, I was able to be seated in a chair and have Dr. Taylor find the source of the bleeding. I believe I was in the chair for a while but he literally did everything he could without any hesitation. I seriously could not thank Dr. Taylor enough for helping me last night. I’ve worked with many doctors as a medical professional, including in a dental setting. And I haven’t met many doctors that would be willing to meet up with a patient when they say they’re bleeding but this doctor cares about you GENUINELY. Safe to say I had a crazy night, but next time you’re thinking about going to a dentist to receive care that feels absolute, I would recommend Dr. Taylor a thousand times over. Again thank you so much, Dr. Taylor, you truly are a godsend, I don’t even think the ER would’ve been able to help and I am so grateful that you were able to stop the bleeding.
