Christi Mallow It took almost 3 months to get an appointment for a hospital follow up. Referrals were supposedly faxed by my doctors office to you, only to find they had the wrong fax number. After the referral was received I now had to wait for the scheduler to call me for an appt. I patiently waited 2 weeks for her to call. When I called everyday I finally got an appt. The Dr. Was great and spent time with me and my husband. He did tell us that because there are doctor shortages, hes usually 2-3 months out. I just dont think the process was done very well.

Payge Prater I went to two urgent cares that treated me like absolute garbage and did not do testing swabs correctly. I then went to the emergency room, there was a bit of a wait, but they took care of me right off the bat and actually made me feel heard. Gave me antibiotics immediately. I really appreciate it. This is the best I felt all week Just from hours after leaving the emergency room. Thank you guys so much.
