Cindy M I would describe my experience with MultiCare Orthopedics Northwest as holistic. All the education leading up to surgery prepared me well for what to expect. Dr. Greene’s team provided the utmost of compassionate care from check in to discharge with clear instruction on home care and home exercises. Having major surgery is scary but they tuned into me to help me approach the long-awaited day with confidence in them and my ability to recover fully.

Shanee Andreas They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. Usually a line out the door to check in. We have been waiting 2 weeks for Dr. Bremjit to fill out Emergency placement for my Mother-in-law who has a broken back. We have called every day with no call backs and are visiting for the 2nd time today to sit in there until someone helps us. If I could report them for neglect I would. There are so many unhappy people according to reviews. At what point are offices held reliable for terrible care????

Lacey Sheppard We were able to make an appointment the same morning, and were taken back right on time. The new facility its beautiful and bright. Very inviting! We saw Jennifer Gribble PA and she was so good with my kiddo who has medical anxiety. She spoke to her directly as a real person and made the visit go so much smoother. We definitely recommend YVFWC!

Melissa Barragan Staff is very nice and all organized. Dr Shady did an amazing job on my teenager sons tonsillectomy he was funny, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you for doing a wonderful job doctor.

Christi Mallow It took almost 3 months to get an appointment for a hospital follow up. Referrals were supposedly faxed by my doctors office to you, only to find they had the wrong fax number. After the referral was received I now had to wait for the scheduler to call me for an appt. I patiently waited 2 weeks for her to call. When I called everyday I finally got an appt. The Dr. Was great and spent time with me and my husband. He did tell us that because there are doctor shortages, hes usually 2-3 months out. I just dont think the process was done very well.

Kathie Anderson Doc has been our family physician for years. A more thorough and caring doctor you would not be able to find. After moving, we still traveled to yakima for our appointments. I cant imagine going to anyone else. And, its not just us. Ive seen his demeanor with his other clients. The compassion is always there. His staff is as caring as he is. You will not be dismissed or treated like you are irrelevant.
