1 /5 Esme Sanchez: Ihave appointment at 9:45 I was late for 5 minutes and the receptionist canceled my appointment because she said I was late, before that I was in a hurry to make the appointment at time because I was working and I asked for permission to go to my appointment so I parked in a different direction of the lines and I soonigo to the door this black person told me the I need go back and fixed the way I parked is crazy was not cars and I dont think I offended nobody and because I went to move my car is why my intérprete left and the receptionist canceled my appointment really d. So now I change my clinic I dont go back to you guys bad service.

5 /5 Jonathan Weedin: I was worried because of the bad reviews on here, but I had a good experience. I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. There were several people ahead of me, so it took about 15 minutes for me to be seen. The gentleman who helped with the test was friendly, quick, and thorough. The process was easy, with some thoughtful touches along the way.

1 /5 Shaelee Farris: Dropped off a piece of paperwork for school that was printed and completed myself and theyre charging me $31 for their "services" when they did absolutely nothing to provide a service, avoid this place if you can so you can avoid getting scammed.

1 /5 Elizabeth Rodriguez: Came in today and was ignored by reception for the first 10 minutes. I was finally noticed and was asked if I had my orders told them they were emailed to them was then asked to forward my email again, which I did girl walked away from the window without saying anything. I stood at the window for 5 minutes until someone else asked if I had been helped. The second gal took my ID 15 minutes later I am still sitting here waiting while they are sitting at their desk chatting. Mind you there is no one else waiting. Would give a lower rating but unable too. Bad customer service. I would have appreciated communication during the process. I waited a total of 1 hr it was never communicates that they were having issues with the billing of my services. Once the issue was communicated with me I was able to call my recruiter and make her aware of the situation.
