BearPaw I had only one day to do my alignment and rotation on my truck on Saturday, every tire shop was booked and so was Gaynors but I called them too and the front desk manager said without doubt to stop by and he will squeeze me in and he took me as next customer and I had all my things done on my truck professionally and no hassle. I work Monday thru Friday 7-5:30 and with holidays I wouldn’t be able to do my truck for 3 weeks if not for this place. Great people , clean place and great attitude. Thank you

david spacek Ive been a customer of this store for six years, primarily for regular maintenance, oil changes, etc.. After my oil change was completed today, I was thrilled to find my windshield was cleaned, my vehicles interior was vacuumed, and the sidewalls of the tires were treated and shined like brand new! This unexpected extra service was most impressive, like what you receive at a high-end dealership, and no extra charge. Thanks to the owner for reinstating this demonstration of care for your customers!! And to Jerry and Eric for their helpful and attentive service. Thank You. Cheers, and keep up the good work!

Sarah Cordell- Mendivel I got quoted $900 for an alternator from a place a friend recommended. So I called my nearest auto shop which luckily was Mikes. He quoted me $500 and when I drove it there he said the alternator looked fine, there was a missing cap and too much air. Didnt charge me a damn thing! Nice, knowledgeable guys! Thanks!

Sherri Spain These guys have always been great to us! Currently I have a 2006 Infinity in the shop and being charged by the hour to find the issue. Im hoping 5 hours will be enough. More review to come after we get the bill. Praying for support and timeliness.

Ariel Young I cant say enough good things about Peters Imports in Vancouver! I recently brought in my "new to me" 1992 Volvo, which needed *a lot* of work to get it running properly—brakes, seals, ECM monitor, fuel pump work, and more! I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so I tend to avoid them and try to handle repairs myself. But when I hit a wall and just couldn’t solve the issues, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly welcoming and in great spirits, which immediately put me at ease. They got me in quickly, and kept me informed at every step of the repair process. When I took the car to work on the first day after the repairs, it still felt a little off. Without hesitation, they came out to my job to give the car a thorough once-over to make sure everything was safe. Turns out, the issue was actually with the tire- so my Volvo earned herself a *complete* makeover.. The fact that they drove out to me really blew me away. They were super kind about it too. They are absolutely my mechanics for life now—honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Katie Dew I inherited a vehicle and it has been sitting on and off for about a year so I took it to Caseys to get an inspection to ensure it was safe to continue to drive. The service was amazing. I didnt feel like I was being forced into buying a service that I didnt need and my advisor "JH" explained all of the recommended services and placed them in order of priority. Theodore helped process everything with the warranty company so smoothly, they got the parts ordered, and the technician Erik who worked on my car did such an amazing job!! After replacing all the upper and lower control arms on my Range Rover they got my car back on the road in a little over a week! Would definitely recommend 10/10

Nichole Lynott They are great! We will be calling them for all our future repairs on our BMW X5 and our BMW 323. They listened to us when we knew what was wrong, and didnt charge us for a diagnosis....they worked with us when we bought the wrong parts first, then returned when we got the right parts. They charged really fair prices for the labor, and my baby is back on the road and happy! Thank you guys sooo much!
