1 /5 Shanee Andreas: They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. Usually a line out the door to check in. We have been waiting 2 weeks for Dr. Bremjit to fill out Emergency placement for my Mother-in-law who has a broken back. We have called every day with no call backs and are visiting for the 2nd time today to sit in there until someone helps us. If I could report them for neglect I would. There are so many unhappy people according to reviews. At what point are offices held reliable for terrible care????

1 /5 Jason Bombard: Steer clear. The clowns are running the circus. Ive seen two Doctors there and they are the worst. They dont care about you, they just care about there paychecks.The care team never answers the phone or returns calls. They would rather see you suffer than help you. I could keep going with the negativity, but you get the jist. My veterinarian treats me dogs betta than Astria treats there patients. Thats a HUGE problem and they should be investigated by WA medical board and the federal government for the way they treat the disabled

1 /5 Liz Partida: My experience with Dr. Upala himself has been great. Ive enjoyed appointments with him. The issue is how the clinic itself is ran. I had lab work ordered, but they failed to mention when the lab staff was out to lunch and had me waiting before letting me know they had already left the building. They failed to mention there were constraints regarding when blood needed to be drawn, meaning I wasted time on an extra trip. The phone is almost never answered, and leaving a message is pointless as they never get back to you. Most recently I called because of a question I had about a medication that was prescribed. After several calls I was able to get on the phone with someone who said they would pass along my message and call me back. That was over two weeks ago now, and I have yet to receive a response. Im at the point where Im going to have to find a new provider because I simply cant handle the front office staffs lack of response.

1 /5 Terisa Stubbs: My BF has had the worst experience since going there . They screw up on appointments with wrong dates . He had to fight with them on several things. Hes never going there again. And hopes no one else does either. Anonymous

1 /5 Sorayah Surkatty: Its not surprising that they have such low ratings. I was overcharged thousands of dollars for a basic blood work. Do not use their onsite lab services. Billing department wont answer your calls and neither will the clinic. Save yourself time and money and just drive to Seattle for better services.
