1 /5 Ericalee: I have contemplated leaving a review because I am still in shock from my horrible experience. I took my truck in for service, tune up, oil change, and transmission service. Dropped it off, assuming everything was being done. I was told to pick it up later that day, so I was dropped off by a co-worker. As I sat for 45 mins, then being told the truck was not ready. I had to find a ride home. The next evening, I returned to pick up my truck, thinking it was going to be happy it had all this great service to it. I was then told they only got the oil changed and serviced the transmission. No tune-up. Cool, cool! Ok. Its whatever at this point. I drive home, and the transmission is jerking. I immediately call and leave a message. The next day, I get a returned call saying it drove fine for them. I demanded they look at my transmission. Most definitely, something is seriously wrong. I drop my truck off again, go back that evening. Nope, nothing wrong with it, they say. I, at this point, they are making me feel so crazy and stressed, and Im trying to be calm. So, I took a video of how bad the transmission was jerking and slipping.... a week later. Yes, a week I had to drive my 4runner with the transmission slipping and jerking until they finally opened the transmission back up... and shocker!!! The transmission seal was not set correctly.
Anyways... there is so much more drama to this event I will spare you with...
My transmission still slipps/jerks going uphill or downhill.
Which I am just living with as I will NEVER take any vehicle to this Evergreen!!! Every time my transmission slips, I re-live this whole horrid experience.
I have updated the EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE!!. I clearly know what shop I had the amazing experience at! I am happy to post my invoice to show its your shop. Please do not continue to gaslight me, just like with my transmission issues!
