5 /5 Elizabeth Williams: My car suddenly wouldnt start over the weekend; another mechanic shop (which was overbooked) recommended Evergreen Automotive. Im so glad I was led here. Ive not had the best experience in the past with other mechanics who have claimed I needed unnecessary repairs, and in this situation, Evergreen could have easily taken advantage of me since it was unclear what caused the issue. Instead, they checked it over thoroughly, found nothing wrong (the car actually decided to start working again after the tow over to the shop - the assumption being that maybe something had become misaligned and went back into place), and, despite the amount of time they spent on it, didnt charge me anything. They also were very patient in answering my many questions and ensuring I understood what might have happened and what to do if it occurred again. Have been recommending them to others since and glad to know I now have a trustworthy place to go for any future services!

1 /5 Ericalee: I have contemplated leaving a review because I am still in shock from my horrible experience. I took my truck in for service, tune up, oil change, and transmission service. Dropped it off, assuming everything was being done. I was told to pick it up later that day, so I was dropped off by a co-worker. As I sat for 45 mins, then being told the truck was not ready. I had to find a ride home. The next evening, I returned to pick up my truck, thinking it was going to be happy it had all this great service to it. I was then told they only got the oil changed and serviced the transmission. No tune-up. Cool, cool! Ok. Its whatever at this point. I drive home, and the transmission is jerking. I immediately call and leave a message. The next day, I get a returned call saying it drove fine for them. I demanded they look at my transmission. Most definitely, something is seriously wrong. I drop my truck off again, go back that evening. Nope, nothing wrong with it, they say. I, at this point, they are making me feel so crazy and stressed, and Im trying to be calm. So, I took a video of how bad the transmission was jerking and slipping.... a week later. Yes, a week I had to drive my 4runner with the transmission slipping and jerking until they finally opened the transmission back up... and shocker!!! The transmission seal was not set correctly. Anyways... there is so much more drama to this event I will spare you with... My transmission still slipps/jerks going uphill or downhill. Which I am just living with as I will NEVER take any vehicle to this Evergreen!!! Every time my transmission slips, I re-live this whole horrid experience. I have updated the EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE!!. I clearly know what shop I had the amazing experience at! I am happy to post my invoice to show its your shop. Please do not continue to gaslight me, just like with my transmission issues!

5 /5 Krista Rosemary: Love these guys! They do excellent work, are very prompt, and have competitive rates. They did an oil change on one of our cars and brake job on the other. If you are looking for an excellent, trustworthy mechanic, take your car to Evergreen Automotive.

5 /5 Tami McMullen: I really appreciate how honest Evergreen is to having repairs done. I had setup routine oil change and ask for them to check a few other issues on car tire sensor gauge/need brakes/a/c need serviced. They came back with everything is great with recommending when they need attention. That is very helpful for budgeting repairs as needed. 5 /5 Marie Clifford: Great staff. They replaced the engine in my son’s wheelchair van and it runs great. I brought it back for servicing. The cost was very reasonable. I have confidence in this shop and will continue to use it.
