Dawson Mary “Marychris” I have found my new, locally owned mechanic! Ive been taking my 2015 Subaru to the dealer since I bought it in 2017--telling them there is something wrong in the front end at every oil change and being told there is nothing wrong. Ive watched Mechanics Northwest grow their business the last few years or so. Decided to bring my car to Mechanics NW for servicing. Without me mentioning the front end noise, they told me they found it on inspection and offered a repair estimate significantly less than the dealer. Got my car back with all of the routine maintenance done AND the CV joints fixed in under 24 hours! They helped me with transportation both dropping and picking up my car. All of the service estimates and work was well documented and the final price came in UNDER the estimate. The entire team was absolutely delightful to interact with. Thank you Mechanics NW for such a positive first experience! You are my new neighborhood mechanics shop!

Savannah Chavez They did great work!! It’s never any fun when you’re involved in a car accident, but they handled my experience so well and answered all of my questions regarding insurance. They were kind and worked with me on drop off/pick up times. Quicker repairs than I’ve had dealing with any other auto body shops!! Would definitely recommend for your car repairs.

Joël Nshimirimana The service at Gregs was AMAZING! A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!

Chengjia C-J Huo First time to go there for AC service as I found it on Groupon. Location is easy to find where there are plenty of auto body shops. Very professional manager Ali and very skilled mechanic Mehkti did an absolutely awesome job on helping my car’s AC getting back alive with an AC recharge. The service was so fast and they were able to finish it in 15 minutes and with a complimentary diagnostic. Service is professional and price is very affordable. Definitely recommend for any AC and alignment service there. Thanks Ali and Mehkit!

Racheal Howerton I had a my SUV towed to Glenn’s after hours, parked in front and dropped my keys in the drop box. I received a text message at exactly 8am stating that they had my SUV. Talked to Jeff a little after that, which he is GReAt! They were able to fix my brakes, change filters, do an oil change and sent my SUV out for new tires by 4pm same day. I picked up at 4:30. Great experience!

Kristin Stickle I called in a panic about a message on my dash indicating a broken tail light. Katie was super understanding and agreed to look at my car right away even though her shift was ending.
