Joël Nshimirimana The service at Gregs was AMAZING! A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!

Dorothy Gorder The technician that came out to assist me in my time of need was very kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and all around a true blessing. For my situation a person had stolen my keys so that I couldnt leave. I just happened to have had enough money on me to call the mobile mechanic to remake me brand new keys so that I can drive my vehicle away. Im not sure the cost in general for a mobile locksmith, about 8 years ago I did need somebody to get into my garage for me and that was $180 I believe about 8 years ago and for this particular technician to come out open my car and also provide me with a key that would open my door and would start my vehicle I paid $220 so I would have to say in comparison pretty reasonable. Later on that evening I thought to myself man I should make a copy of my copy and Walmart was not able to do so because they dont have the car key to have a duplicate made. I then called the mobile mechanic and asked what that would cost or what that would take or if they could even make me a duplicate key and unfortunately it would have cost me the exactly same amount to get a replacement key or I should say an extra key so lesson learned I should have asked him to make me two keys the first time. Because theres no way I can afford $440 out of nowhere. So if you call this mobile mechanic and you think you might need two keys at all ask the first time. But definitely overall extremely satisfied with my mobile mechanic. I wish I remembered his name cuz he was very very polite very kind definitely a sweet Young man.

Seattle Consumer Review My family has been coming to Brad for years. Honest man doing great work for a fair price, a rare gem these days. Might have to schedule a few weeks out because hes so popular with his regular customers, but I refuse to go anywhere else. Hes the most honest mechanic Ive worked with, and treats our family vehicles with so much care looking out for our safety. We love Brad.

Kristin Stickle I found myself stuck at the post office on my way home from work Friday night, and had to call a tow truck. Everywhere else was closing, but we were able to get my car to Buckys - they kept their doors open and waited for us despite the fact that we got there after theyd technically closed. Im typing this review Saturday afternoon having just picked up my car in perfect working order. It turns out the belt had slipped and needed to be replaced, but Buckys works so quickly, honestly, and affordably that its almost like I can go on with my weekend as if this had never happened! What a relief! I would recommend them to anyone in need of emergency repairs, and will definitely call them next time my car needs maintenance.

Ernest Pajarin Went in for a detail cleaning on my old Honda Accord. The staff were pleasant and when they were done, my car looked and smelled better than when I bought it. Definitely will be visiting them again in the future.

I dealt with Andrea Toves. She was AMAZING!!! When I got there we went over the damage of my vehicle. She took pictures of my car. Then said “don’t worry, relax we got this”. She was not kidding. She would messaged me to keep me updated with my repair. I’ve never had to worry about my repair. Thank you Complete Collision CARSTAR for an incredible experience and job well done on my repair.

Sean Wilson Jeff helped me with a pre-purchase inspection for me on a vehicle I was hesitant to purchase because of its cosmetic condition. However, Jeff was honest, super thorough, and straightforward about the pros and cons of buying this vehicle. His partner, (a woman whose name I forget), was also very helpful. I highly recommended going to them if you’re on the fence about purchasing a vehicle. Money well spent with good people!
