Zachary Collings We have been taking our car to 34th street garage for years and always felt their service was prompt and courteous. Most recently, we asked them to complete a specific service as recommended by our Honda CRV maintenance system. First, they told us the tire rotation portion had already been done recently so they wouldn’t need to do that again (saved us some money.) they always provide a helpful red, yellow, green checklist report and I appreciated them helping prioritize the items and ultimately suggest the 2 most critical to repair and another (more expensive) that we could probably wait to the next service to get. I appreciated the thoroughness and empathy they showed. Will continue to use them for all our auto care needs

Alex Brost Joe is great. Before even coming out, he was able to diagnose the problem that needed fixing on my 1941 Mercury. He still took the time to properly troubleshoot and diagnose the issue, all the while explaining things to help give me a better understanding of my car. Ashley Gothenquist Great place and super helpful staff! My rear tire popped during rush hour and AAA wouldnt be able to come for a long while, so I was very lucky to be only a block away from Jeffs. Despite the heat and the unexpected nature of the situation, Matt and Pops took the time to not just help me replace the popped tire with my spare, but patched the holes that caused the issue in the first place! It is such an encouraging experience to know that the local auto shop is not only the place with the comedic signs, but also a place with great character.
