Keeley Vardeman I had an all around fantastic experience at Elite Auto Care! From the customer service to the work I had done on my car to the communication throughout, they went above and beyond. For reference, I had major work done on my car including spark plugs, boots, etc. They were able to take it in quickly so that I could get back on the road within a day. The service was professional, timely, and top notch as my car is running fantastic. I would highly recommend their services! Glad to have found my new car place!

He was straight to the point.. no BS (which is rare to find these days) As a woman it was the best feeling ever to be taken seriously & to be talked to with honesty. They took in my car in same day, which thank god because I got a new job & needed it immediately!! They got it fixed quicker than expected & the price seemed reasonable. Overall an easy experience. Dona Magno Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.

This time, their tenacity to hunt down an obscure dashboard "D" light for my 2003 Odyssey was admirable. I am happy to spend my auto repair funds on you, Moss Alley, definitely.

Ashley Gothenquist Great place and super helpful staff! My rear tire popped during rush hour and AAA wouldnt be able to come for a long while, so I was very lucky to be only a block away from Jeffs. Despite the heat and the unexpected nature of the situation, Matt and Pops took the time to not just help me replace the popped tire with my spare, but patched the holes that caused the issue in the first place! It is such an encouraging experience to know that the local auto shop is not only the place with the comedic signs, but also a place with great character.

Paul Worrlein I hired this shop for a pre- purchase inspection of a Porsche. The price was very reasonable, they were willing to talk to me beforehand and afterwards and were very patient with my many questions. They also sent me interim updates while they were doing the inspection. I feel like the inspection was fairly thorough, And they were very friendly to deal with. The technician who helped me is named Max. Five stars from me!

sara burtis I had the best experience with Bay’s Auto! My car was hit by a food delivery truck while parked. They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience, so stress free and easy. Highly recommend Bay’s for your auto body work needs!
