They stayed in touch with me frequently and explained what was going on with my car in a way that was accessible for those not in the automotive field. They even gave me a tour of the space, which is professional and organized. Although it was pricier than I initially expected, I will definitely go back because it felt worth it. Glad to have an awesome repair shop in such a convenient location.

They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. larry j Discovered them by happenstance. Unlike my old place that charges $1500 to investigate and automatically fix a check engine light problem—so basically you get a haircut for $1500 whether you want/need it or not—-Ace only asks for the diagnosis time then provided with a comprehensive report with pictures and cost estimates (also not something my old place does) then I decided what I wanted to do about the issues. Very prompt and courteous customer service. Will take all my cars back to Ace (and never take them back to my old place ). Thanks!
