Zachary Collings We have been taking our car to 34th street garage for years and always felt their service was prompt and courteous. Most recently, we asked them to complete a specific service as recommended by our Honda CRV maintenance system. First, they told us the tire rotation portion had already been done recently so they wouldn’t need to do that again (saved us some money.) they always provide a helpful red, yellow, green checklist report and I appreciated them helping prioritize the items and ultimately suggest the 2 most critical to repair and another (more expensive) that we could probably wait to the next service to get. I appreciated the thoroughness and empathy they showed. Will continue to use them for all our auto care needs

Mikael UW Moss Ally Motors are great! As a long time customer, they continue to live up to their reputation of honesty, integrity, and excellent attention to their work. When I called AAA last week, the dispatcher said, "Oh, were towing your car to Moss Alley Motors? Excellent choice." This time, their tenacity to hunt down an obscure dashboard "D" light for my 2003 Odyssey was admirable. I am happy to spend my auto repair funds on you, Moss Alley, definitely.

Emerson Murray Fetene was lovely- I changed the filter and oil in my car so I gave this place a call to ask if I could drop off my old oil for them to recycle. He said I could. I also had an old battery, he said they could take that too. Swung by, walked into the office, he was on the phone but still took the time to greet me and directed me to leave the stuff on his desk. Really appreciate the help!

Arjae Guiao These guys do it best. I had a major upper timing cover leak which was getting oil everywhere and I had to drive to Canada in 3 days. Safe to say, I made it to Canada and back with no issues whatsoever. I was quoted HALF of what my dealership quoted and in the same amount of time. Anthony, who works the front desk, was very professional and communicated everything that needed to be done as well as timeline. I am so lucky to have a repair shop like this so close to where I live, and they will 100% be seeing me again.

Lucelle Agustin Oscar is so great and we’ll be going to him for any car issues from now on. From our first interaction on the phone, you can tell how he is good at communication, honest and knowledgeable. He gave us all we needed to make an informed decision without pressure. And was super patient and flexible with us regarding car pick up time because it was hectic on our end. I greatly appreciate his hard work! It’s really easy to get taken advantage of when taking such an old car into get repairs and I could not be more grateful that my experience with Tony was the opposite of that. Absolutely will come here again and recommend anyone else to as well!

Yos Been Going to Vu for years he is honest hardworking and couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. In Today’s world where everything and everyone is trying to take advantage of you and get your money. vu still remains honest and trustworthy. Even after moving an hour away from Seattle I still bring my car in to Vu. Because I trust him that much. If you want an honest mechanic that knows his stuff look no further!

Melanie W We took our truck to Dan after the dealership replaced the AC unit in our truck every year for 3 years - never fixing the actual problem. Dan and his team found the root issue and it’s still running strong 2+ years later. Today, we took in our other vehicle for an oil change and it’s 60k mile service. I am still pinching myself that we have an incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and affordable mechanic that we can trust to take care of our cars with integrity and care. I highly recommend them.

Kenneth Demoyse I work on my own cars, but I needed fuel injectors installed ASAP. Jass and team at A1 got me in quickly, and provided exceptional service to get the parts installed that I requested. They kept old parts for me (so I could test at home) and sure enough one of the old injectors was a dud. Will recommend to friends/family.
