1 /5 Avisha Manik: I had a really disappointing experience for manicure and pedicure at this salon and won’t be returning. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming, which set the tone for the rest of my visit.
During my pedicure, the water wasn’t warm enough, and the technician seemed to be rushing through the process, even though the salon wasn’t busy. My manicure was even worse—the technician pulled on my cuticles so aggressively that one started bleeding and didn’t stop for the entire service (30-45 minutes). She acknowledged it with a quick “sorry” but made no effort to address the issue, or offer any kind of solution or compensation.
On top of that, my hands and feet felt unusually dry after the service. One week later, my nail polish is chipped, my nails are brittle, and my feet are cracked and dry—meaning I now have to get another mani-pedi elsewhere. For the $70 I spent, I expected much better quality and care. I’ve had plenty of pleasant and long-lasting manicures before without any issues, but this was by far my worst experience. Definitely not worth the high prices.
