Jen Bilbrey Hands down the BEST dental clinic in Spokane. The entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel at ease throughout your entire visit. Amber always greets me with a smile at the front and Heather is the sweetest Hygienist. Dr. Scarborough is the first dentist I have ever seen to truly have empathy for dental anxiety and takes his time to walk through procedures and not rush. He is never pushy about treatment and I feel listened to as a patient. I am so happy that I found their practice. They have made going to the dentist a positive experience for me.

The reception crew out front tray you with respect and work tirelessly to get the insurance set up and ensure your meds needed are sent to the right place. The perio dentist is top in his field and he is a veteran that served our country. The building is ultra clean and is a comfortable setting. Appreciate the entire staff.

He doesnt try to push unnecessary work, but really cares about helping make a long-term plan to help me have beautiful, healthy teeth until Im an ancient old crone. I get great, carrying, and realistic care from him and his team, especially Chandler the hygienist. I know its a jungle of dentists out there, and you want to make an informed choice. Choose Cascade Dental Care, and Dr. Van Gemert!

Doug Branlund Fantastic office from top to bottom. My treatment was handled promptly and professionally, with an attention to detail I have not experienced at any other dental office. Dr. Poonam is a master of her craft. Alicia the assistant was incredibly welcoming and took incredible care of me. I usually hate the dentist but Alicia kept me calm and level just with her welcoming personality. Tash and Sierra in the front were extremely accommodating, explained my care plan in a way that I completely understood, and I walked out knowing exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. I cannot recommend Aspen Dental on Sprague any higher. 10/10.

Denise Branum I recently changed jobs and different dental insurance. So, I saw all the previous reviews on this place n decided to try it. I called because I had some questions and I just happened to get the employee that handles the insurance claims and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get in pretty quickly because of a cancellation. The front desk lady was super nice, the lobby is decorated nice and they offer free small bottles of water. Tracy is the hygienist that I got to see. She did X-rays with this really high tech machine first. Im pretty sure it was a CT scan of my mouth. Anyways she was super nice, gentle and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist came in and said that he appreciated me answering all the questions on their "smile survey" paper work. He then addressed my concerns I had several). He took his time explaining things and his plan of treatment. I highly recommend this place.
