The first time we went to look for engagement rings they hung out with us for over an hour as we looked at different styles to figure out what we liked. When my fiance went back to settle on a ring they decided to do custom. His experience blew us away. We have since gone back to figure out our wedding bands and decided to do a custom piece for his wedding ring which turned out perfect! They worked with us multiple times as I tried to decide on my wedding band. Never pressuring anything and were happy to help with all my ideas and looking again and again at their selection. Druvitha Lokasani the quality of the rings is horrible. i brought 2 gold filled rings and they tarnished within 2 days and turned my fingers green. the manager also said that’s normal and you need to make sure not to wear them in water but i was very careful and made sure to not use them in water. she was justifying the bad quality of the rings and did not allow for any refunds or returns. additionally when we bought the rings we were told they were good quality. i have other gold filled rings that have not tarnished, and these rings were worse quality than some of the extremely cheap amazon rings.

lindsey lowe Ordered a $40 pair of earrings, wore them ONE time and one of them came out of my ear unbeknownst to me and was lost. I asked if they’d replace it. They said no but they’d sell me a single earring to replace it (plus $7.50 again for shipping). Asked if they would refund me for the single and I could return the one I still had. No again. They said they could include rubber backs for them so I wouldn’t lose another- which it seems they should include anyway so this doesn’t happen in the first place. Unfortunately, I’m not interested in being out $70+ for a single pair of be VERY minimal earrings. Overall disappointed in my experience/won’t shop with this small business again. Plenty of makers would resolve something like this to maintain a customer relationship.

Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

Scott Gardner I’ve met quite a few Authorized Rolex Dealers but Shari Hutchinson is the absolute best (as is Ben Bridge in Seattle)! Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.

I got two bracelets, my boyfriend got a ring. All of it was very nice:) very good experience here. I read some previous reviews and I would point out this owner is elderly and seems to have very traditional values maybe that explains his “rudeness” as mentioned in the other reviews. We both had an amazing time. Like amaaaazinggggg. They were very good.
