The first time we went to look for engagement rings they hung out with us for over an hour as we looked at different styles to figure out what we liked. When my fiance went back to settle on a ring they decided to do custom. His experience blew us away. We have since gone back to figure out our wedding bands and decided to do a custom piece for his wedding ring which turned out perfect! They worked with us multiple times as I tried to decide on my wedding band. Never pressuring anything and were happy to help with all my ideas and looking again and again at their selection. We will now be lifetime supporters of Menashe!

1 /5 Apryl: Do not shop here! My ex fiancé was a loyal customer of theirs for close to 20 years and has purchased many beautiful pieces in the past. In Nov-Dec of 2020 he purchased a 3.2 carat engagement ring and was told if things didn’t work out or if I didn’t like it he could return it. My fiancé paid CASH for the ring in the middle of the pandemic and was assured he could return if I didn’t like it… which I did not. The stone was huge, yes, but it was yellow and dull (see photos below). You would think Josh and his dad would give loyal customers the best deals or at least provide a quality diamond but alas greed took over. Had the diamond been GIA certified or came with official papers other than Josh’s typed out the appraisal value, things might have gone differently but unfortunately they got greedy. The ring was returned to them shortly after the proposal in 2021 and they still refuse to refund my fiancés money. He made several appointments with the owners who didnt bother to show up, he filed a complaint with Washington’s Attorney General* who is investigating the case. He also contacted the BBB but surprise, they are NOT a BBB accredited company even after being in business since 1973. The owners son Josh said he would take the ring back because he could definitely sell it. *Update: The WAG case was a mediation process in hopes Menashes would do the right thing. They responded with slow sales, layoffs, and possible closure. Details are posted on the WAG website. 5/21/25 The attorney general DID NOT rule in your favor. Your response to the IG was ridiculous; blaming COVID and lack of business. No wonder you’re not part of the Better Business Bureau, you’d have to have some integrity. Why be honest when you don’t have to be? Shame on you Josh for being so greedy and kicking people when they are down. Deny it again and I’ll post the entire attorney package and all your texts promising a full refund. You scammed him out of thousands… what a standup guy you are!

They are my go-to whenever I need a jewelry or watch repair, always friendly and welcoming, and provide service with a smile (even if it’s just for $10!). It is those small gestures that build trust and I will always check locally first before making any large jewelry purchases. Thank you Josh & team!

1 /5 Chris Heide: I’m extremely disappointed. I brought in a ring that I was looking to sell to pay some medical bills and things.a sapphire and diamond ring. I was told it was a ring that would never sell due to its style but was offered $600. I called back a year later to buy the ring back and was told the ring sold. I feel I was misled about the value and desirability and lowballed by this “reputable” jeweler who took advantage knowing I was selling the ring for financial reasons. I should have been offered more.
