Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

Chloe Lee-Tjenos Sally is incredibly talented, kind, and thoughtful in her designs. For those who value quality, timeless design, and uniqueness, Fancy is an oasis of inspiration. I cant recommend Sally and her business enough, I have had the honor of working with her on cutsom designs, repairs, resizing, and altering various pieces over the years and I consider her workmanship to be of the highest quality. Sally is the best around!

Michael Larson Aimee is the gal to talk to when you’re looking for an engagement ring! She was thoughtful and made sure I got the one that I was looking for. She walked me through the whole process and I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into something that was just “ok”. I’d recommend her any day for my future purchases! Thanks again!

Brittney Waterhouse I cannot recommend Lisa enough. She helped me re-structure some family jewelry that I inherited and then when I had a terrible experience with another jeweler for my custom engagement ring she came to my rescue. She is so kind and makes the process fun! I could tell she was just as excited as we were about the project and it filled me with so much peace. I will continue to use Lisa for jewelry projects as time moves forward. Thank you Lisa!!

They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism; they let me try the ring through the process to make sure it was a perfect fit. Done in less than 30 minutes! I had so much peace of mind getting it done in-house.

Mina Moscatelli Wonderful experience creating a custom engagement ring of our dreams! The custom process was well explained and smooth from the start. I felt respected and heard during the design stage (which I cannot say for other places I checked out) - Mari carefully took notes of all my wants and worked closely with me to build a gorgeous digital render of a ring that I loved. The final product was even more stunning than we could have imagined! M&M did an amazing job with the ring and they were a joy to work with. Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!
