The community, the motivation, and the overall environment make it a place you actually want to show up to every day.

5 /5 Tj Asaeli: Amazing CrossFit gym. I may be biased, but I still claim it: best CF gym in Tacoma (no disrespect to the other great boxes in the area). The coaches are top notch, well-verses and highly skilled at all movements - from barbell exercises to all the body weight training CF employs. RCF provides a clean gym with tons of equipment, it’s centrally located in Tacoma, and the environment is welcoming, open, and challenging. I’ve made a bunch of great friends here on my journey, and as a proud member of this gym I can’t recommend it enough. You may think the workouts are too challenging, but they’re scalable. We have members of all genders, sexual orientation, various ethnicities - we’re a diverse community! What I love most is the expertise of the coaches. They’re highly trained, and are patient and encouraging. When I started a year and 1/2 ago, I could barely lift a barbell. Now I’m doing advanced movements, and I owe it all to the coaches and this gym. If you’re looking for a gym that will welcome you and challenge you and help you become a better version of yourself, look no further. Come in for a drop-in class to feel the vibe. You won’t regret it!

5 /5 Jacob Morgan: Ive been a member at RCF Tacoma for a month now, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I joined because I wanted a change from working out alone and hoped to meet new people in the Tacoma community. While I have some weightlifting experience, I was brand new to CrossFit, so many of the lifts and movements were unfamiliar. Since I joined, the coaches and other members have been incredibly supportive, offering guidance and motivation every step of the way. The pre-planned, varied workouts keep things exciting, and the positive atmosphere gives me an energy boost that carries me into my workday.

I’m the strongest and fastest I’ve ever been thanks to Coach Loe’s programming, encouragement, personal attention and the community in the gym. It’s hard work but the best things always are. Get in here, then get out there and do stuff with your new strength and capabilities. Better than yesterday.
