YOUniversal Fitness Studio
Vee Muk I was looking for a local gym. Found YOUniversal. Came in for a consultant and walk through. Mike had me do a few workouts, be prepared on your consultation. It was a good mini workout before work. I signed up and happy to be training with Mike. I met the other Trainers Sandy and D. All super friendly and helpful. I really like the vibe of the gym and will keep going back. If youre reading this, book a consultation. :)

Heath Anderson Lots of parking, easy in and out. Clean facilities, professional staff and no machine wait times. Easily move throughout to complete your workout. Great water pressure in the shower with removable head and adjustable speeds. Large showers and changing rooms, nice amenities in the spa, etc.

Taiso Group Fitness and Personal Training
Sarah Keay I have been going to Taiso for almost four years now, and I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. Butch and Jennifer are encouraging and enthusiastic about the work they do--theyre also both just really phenomenal people all around. It is a safe environment where you can come as you are, and you will quickly feel like you are a part of a big family. Many of the folks there have become my lifelong friends. Plus, the classes are amazing--you will definitely be challenged if you put the effort in, and it honestly feels like grown-up gym class (without the awkwardness). Cannot recommend Taiso enough.

HOTWORX - University Place, WA
Ian Priestley I love working out at Hotworx, University Place! Ciara and the entire team are super friendly and welcoming. I usually come in for isometric workouts in the saunas but there are tons of other choices too... HIIT cycling, rowing and an exercise zone with weights and equipment. There is quite a variety and I appreciate the instructional videos get updated from time to time so that the programs never get stale. The app is great too, I just pick an open timeslot from my phone to book a session at any point in my day... super convenient!

KickHouse Tacoma
Gretchen I have been a member of Kickhouse for almost two months now, it has been an amazing experience. There is a great variety of classes and the coaches are kind but will challenge you each session. Every member I have met has been positive, encouraging and helpful.
