Kelsey Voight My husband and I had a great experience at this gym. The GM, Wayne, was incredibly personable and welcoming. He helped us get set up quickly and gave us a thorough tour before our first workout, which made us feel right at home. The training facility, locker rooms, and restrooms are all very clean. The atmosphere is positive and the members are respectful and friendly. It’s a good gym in a convenient location. Highly recommend!

Alex Stroff I don’t know why this place is a 4.3. Should be as close to five as possible. Staff are knowledgeable, clean and well mannered. I’ve always felt comfortable here and educated. Environment is really clean. Never once had that alarm go off , which is great because it can make people feel bad. I love it here, open and accepting and I keep coming back.

Mauricio Aspee This place has everything for you to get started or to continue on your journey from your previous gym experience. Its got tractor tires outside for strong man and various other apparatuses. The one thing that really drew me in was the pendulum squat machine and the hack squat machine. That was the clincher. Dimitri is a true professional. There are many squat racks and theres a very good chance they will not be occupied. Its got every free weight interval you can even imagine with plenty of Olympic bars with fresh knurling. The bars are coded so youre using the right one always. So much to do here. Definitely come here if you want a complete professional gym.

Kate Alexander Just got back from a workout with my wonderful personal trainer, Matt. This facility has a great gym, indoor pickleball courts, many activities for all ages, and a nice indoor pool. Same scenario today and the only change at this facility seems to be at the front desk where they dont greet anyone! They responded when I initiated my own greeting, but customer service should include a hello or welcome of some kind. Even looking up and smiling would be nice. Update: Same nice facility, same great trainer, and same lack of communication at the front desk. Wow! Update: Today I was enthusiastically greeted by someone working the front desk who normally works at another center that I frequent. Nice change of pace. I walked for awhile on the nice indoor track. Great option when its too wet outside.

JJ Calzadillas Great place for community college games! Brand newish gym. Great lighting, sounds, and atmosphere. Any student athlete that comes to TCC will not regret it!

montai howard Over the past few years lve been on and off with my fitness journey. Wasnt able to find a gym that fit my needs. I found grit city and coach jeff and thats exactly what its been. We are in there working and pushing limits daily to make ourselves into the people we all want to be. Coach Jeff is very interactive and keeps everyone on pace. Its just like having a personal trainer during the duration of the work out. By far the best gym and the best atmosphere/community in any gym lve ever been in. Would recommend if youre serious about your goals!!

irene w Great yoga studio! Nothing in the area compares. It is unfussy, people are kind and supportive and all the instructors are awesome, especially, Peach!!
