Shes always great no matter how little or how much I want to do to my brows and lashes. I love going here when I want to just invest a little more time into looking a little extra cute.

Linda Dickinson Anastasia is amazing. I got a Russian pedicure with gel polish, and added the spa pedicure services yesterday. Anastasia was very kind, meticulous, and uses high quality products. Her space is warm and welcoming, and I even got to enjoy some yummy pumpkin spice tea while getting pampered. I’ve always been accustomed to the typical in and out nail salons - but it’s great to be able to partake in the boutique experience when it comes to nail maintenance. I can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks for my hands.

Lan Sutton I have recently discovered Russian/dry manicures and love them. I was desperately in need of one on vacation and was happy to receive a dry mani and try my first dry pedi + polish. Service was on time, Anastasia was sweet and informative about my nail care. This was by far the best pedicure I have received. Alix Farmer Oasis is by far my favorite place for nails. Eva is meticulous, detail oriented, and very gentle with my nails. I don’t trust anybody else to do dip manicures. Her studio space is always immaculate and inviting, and she has an impressive attention to detail. My nails became so much stronger during this time period and I learned so much about how to properly take care of them myself. I hope the pictures speak for themselves!

Rebecca Bishop Karen is the best nail artist I’ve ever come across! I can’t say enough about how great she is. She does amazing work. I usually go for simple looks but she is so talented she can do any design or art you can think of and even mixes custom colors for you! She also manages to remove gel without damaging your nails which I have never experienced before at other salons! She paints with such precision and her manicures last so long. 10/10 just the best

Kaleigh Bernal Beautiful, peaceful and professional atmosphere. Everything is so clean and smells spa-like without being overpowering for those sensitive to smells. I was offered water upon arrival and called back by the massage therapist right away. She had already read my notes and she took a moment to discuss what I was wanting out of the massage and what I was comfortable with. Sally was phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend that if you want an excellent massage to try to book with her. I have Massages a couple of times per year and have done so for several years. This was the first time that I had ever had a massage that incorporated the massage therapist using their feet to work on my back as well. (See their website for details on this) it was incredible! I asked for deep tissue massage and it was the best I’ve ever had. I feel Like I’m standing straighter and my shoulders are feeling lighter than they have in years. Thank you Sally! Jessica Low This is the cutest little building , very clean and a great location. The facial/derma-plane had a few months ago was nice. However I just went to get my lashes done for the first time with Cori and the whole experience was phenomenal, she does great work and she made the appointment relaxing and comfortable. Juliann Brice Armstrong I had an amazing experience. My friends and I planned a spa and hair day (getting hair done at our favorite Legacy Three Salon at Blossom). Half of our massages at Blossom got canceled late that morning because our masseuse’s kids were sick. Totally understand and support her taking care of her family. And she was able to take care of the morning appointment for one of us. The rest of us were disappointed to miss our massages. However, Blossom came through for us. They managed to get their other masseuse to come in on her day off. We were thrilled that our spa day wasn’t canceled. I was lucky to have Hope as my masseuse that day. She did an awesome job one of the best massages EVER. I immediately scheduled another appointment with her. Thank you Blossom for making our day and thank you Hope for coming in on your day off.

Bobbi S I asked for very thin brows and came in with over grown eyebrows. I was asked if I wanted them thinner and I said yes. One of my brows has no tail and the gap between the two are large. One of my brows has two areas where my skin was waxed off. Given I asked for them super thin, I understand if they couldn’t have been made thinner but that could have been communicated.

Alisha Seward Michaela was amazing. I am trying to quit biting my nails and wanted structured gel to help with my weak nails. The artist was informative, kind, and made sure to ask if I wanted masculine, feminine, or gender-neutral art designs. I was listened to and asked to be picky. The conversation was good and the vibe of the place is awesome. They are up a set of stairs for those who struggle with physical things, so keep that in mind, but I will be returning and I’m a very happy customer. Brea Tindall Today I treated myself to an organic gel pedicure and a basic gel manicure, and let me tell you, the pedicure was *absolutely amazing*! Being almost 9 months pregnant, this pedicure was an absolute game changer. The organic products felt so soothing and luxurious, and the exfoliation left my feet feeling softer than they’ve been in months. The leg and foot massage? Pure heaven!!!! It was the perfect way to ease the swelling and discomfort Ive been dealing with. The gel manicure was lovely as well— But that pedicure was the real star of the show. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and ready to take on these final weeks of pregnancy. I highly recommend this place, especially for moms-to-be who deserve a little extra indulgence!

Andrea Lawrence I was looking for a salon that was quiet and used more gentle products than the conventional volume based salons. Tatiana met and exceeded my expectations! She is friendly, kind and welcoming but doesn’t force small chat-I loved this about her. I came in for a shellac manicure with some ideas for designs thinking they were too complicated and she took one look and said “I can do that!” I gave her creative liberty and she put her own personal touch on the design without straying too far from the original. I absolutely loved it, and it lasted a 2 solid weeks despite me being very hard on my hands. Her work is so amazingly detailed and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Lindsay N I’ve had multiple different services from Tatiana and she is AMAZING. Her shop is clean and stylish and I absolutely love the individualized approach and feel of both her and the shop. She is personable, caring and knows a lot about nails and lashes! I’ve had lash extensions from her and they turned out amazing! She is extremely meticulous and even my husband noticed and told me how great they looked. I’ve had a shellac mani which lasted longer than two weeks and I am hard on my nails! Kierra I came to tatiana from a referral about her dry pedicures. I hadnt heard of them before so booked one plus a manicure and underarm wax. I was super impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail! She took her time being thorough with my cuticles and nails. And she did the cutest design for me! Its been over a week and my gel polish hasnt budged. Before i use to struggle with gel lifting and not staying, but tatiana informed me it all has to do with the prep. Which she was great with. I purchased her Groupon package based on other client reviews, and Im SO glad I did! She is a fantastic aesthetician, and both personable and professional. They care very much about their clients and took the time and put effort into making sure I had a good experience. My nails and toes came out beautiful. L Rain I have severe arthritis and Kelly was very gentle! Two months out from foot surgery and she was careful. I did not have one painful moment. You need to make an appt, but it’s worth it. Kelly is now my nail person. Shed’s also very kind.

Alyse. Nice lady, but came out with wonky nails that were uneven as well as the color and messy. Went back the next day to have them repainted and shaped, asked how much I owe and she said 10. I asked out of socital niceness figuring it was no cost as it was fixing her work. Never before have I had to pay for fixing work at any other salon. Im frustrated and will not be back.

They make it inviting compared to other places by even saying hello with actual eye contact. I feel like that’s missed so much. And instead of just sitting in silence, it’s nice hearing all of the conversations going on and it’s never weird, they respect your personal space as well as your opinions and your needs. The quality in the work that they have done for me with pedicures and my hands have been exceptional. The pricing is doable and they’re not throwing random numbers around. I really enjoy the consistency of how much I’m paying every two weeks to get my nails done and how the really try to keep their returning customers. The tools that they use are clean and I don’t have to worry about any type of infection or sharing things with strangers. Overall, I like this salon and will continue to return for these reasons above.

Jane Sauve My husband & I both had acrylic manicures and pedicures. Our appt was at 9am, we arrived about 15 minutes early and they invited us in to get started. This is the best manicure and pedicure we have had in many, many months. We live full-time in our RV and travel the county; we have had some good experiences and some poor one. This was by far the very best. Clean salon and work stations, peaceful and quiet...no chatter between the technicians. We can highly recommend and will come back when we are in the Olympia area again. J & j

William Rollins Great place. Clean and soothing environment. Recently had a pedicure and facial on 2 seperate visits. Emmy is quite delightful and a pleasure to talk with. She is very customer focused and assuring with unobstrusive feedback. Ill definitely be going back to try their other services. Let me add that Mike did a really great job on giving me a haircut. No one pushes product, and they are eager to share their extensive knowledge.

Christina Welch I booked a facial and massage here. The facial was great. I dont have a lot of experience receiving facials so I dont have much to compare it to. Char was awesome though and explained what she was doing and talked about the products without being pushy about selling them. The massage was a huge disappointment though. I do have extensive experience receiving massages and have been trying to find a place to get one every few weeks, but this place wont be it. The therapist smelled of cigarettes and had horrible coffee breath. As she worked on my neck she was breathing it right into my face. I left with a headache from the smell. Her nails were too long and kept slightly digging into me, which was uncomfortable. I also couldnt help but wonder what kind of bacteria could be harbored under them. She placed the bolster directly under my legs instead of under the sheet, which didnt feel great. The bolster needs to at least have a pillow case over it. Her technique was promising but her strokes werent thorough and left many areas unworked, especially in the neck, which I really needed.

A Thoroughly enjoyed my package services today. I would definitely recommend this office. They are professional, kind, gentle and good at what they do. The office is clean and the ambiance is beautifully designed for relaxation.

Angie I made the mistake of going in with gel polish on. They used a regular nail file to take off the top instead of a more precision electric nail file. As a result they roughly ran the nail file over my skin. It was extremely painful and left my skin bright red. Had I not gone in with gel polish I would have given it 3 stars. Taking off one star because I could barely feel the massage and another star because I walked out with polish so far from the cuticle that it looked like it was already two weeks old. I could have gotten someone on a bad day and their other people could be great but I won’t be going back to find out. 1. Yes I am sure about the location. 2. The appointment was made by my mother for the both of us. 3. Before they used the “gel remover” on both mom and myself the used a nail file to take off some of the top layers of the gel polish. It hurt really bad as the rough side to side filing repeatedly scraped my skin around the cuticle.

Anjuli Webster This is my go to nail salon, all the ladies are kind and friendly. Had a mother daughter day today so we went in for manis and pedis. My 9yr old had a regular mani and pedi with stickers and her nails look amazing thanks to Lisa. I had a delux pedicure which I always get and love. I had planned on a regular mani because my nails are super short and don’t really grow but I ended up doing the gel build up and Wei did such a fabulous job. Carol painted my designs and I love them as well. For all the reviews about long waits, I would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation and go during the weekday if you can.

Jessi A little pricey, but high quality. They do facials on Saturdays in a very comfortable setting with nice music, but be prepared to still hear the activities going on in the Salon as well. They sell gift cards. The restroom is clean and everyone gets their own towel. Very nice place with a resident chocolate lab. Receptionist is extremely kind and understanding when Google Maps led me astray. (Dont worry, I submitted a correction already. She said she had called several times to get it corrected, but I think doing it online did the trick!)

Dani Burger This was my second attempt to use salon Milano for a haircut. I went last year, and the girls over textured my hair, making it look stringy and sick. The manager kindly fixed it. I thought Id try again, because I really want to go somewhere I can walk to. There was a new girl this year. I wanted my same haircut with a trim; it took her almost an hour. She made super small adjustments here, there, silently and fastidiously trimming my hair. I felt like she was too scared to cut it. Then she blew it out into a style completely different from the one I asked for - I never use products or blow my hair. She never showed me the back. What this tells me is that this salon has high turnover and limited or no mentorship, and its not getting better anytime soon.
