I discovered their lash extensions on instagram and then I have tried almost every other service they offer since then! I love the facials- they are so relaxing and every product smells amazing. I can’t picture my life without having a facial once a month because the results are so amazing. I also had an Endospheres Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Maria and it was so impressive! It felt very good and I could tell it was effective because I was sore for a few days afterwards. Highly recommend their services!

Tamine The first time I went here to try and buy some acne products, the owner came out and actually listened to my concerns and helped me pick out some products, assuring me I could easily return anything I didnt like. I have gone back for multiple months, keeping some products and returning others. I waited to give a review to make sure they would stand by their word about easy returns, but it is legit. They are very nice and willing to work with you. I have been able to find some products that actually help my skin while not having to buy and keep products that dont. Extremely grateful.

Kirstin Sarah was originally recommended to me by my husband who was glowing for weeks after getting his hair cut by her. I had never seen him so confident and impressed by a haircut before. Now I have gone to Sarah several times for both color and cuts for about 6 months now and I plan to keep going back. I’ve been to some of the swankiest salons on the West side but I’ve never had a stylist like Jacob. I now have the best stylist I’ve ever had! He really had to clean up a mess with what I came in with. I saw so many great colors and cuts walk out of the M while I was there. Don’t bother going to another salon. They are artists.

Alexis Vasquez After a lot of research, I chose to book with Mary because of her glowing reviews and many, many recommendations. My first time curly girl cut from Mary was beyond anything I could have thought it would be. First, her place is CUTE and inviting, plus her dog Kobalt was a sweet surprise ❤️ Mary herself was knowledgeable, easy to talk with, spunky and she made the whole experience fun! Second, the whole experience was one big educational lesson on how to properly take care of my curls. She was honest without judgement and made me feel empowered about my hair for the first time ever! I will be returning and recommending anyone who has curly hair to Mary.

Melissa White Mary is always on point when it comes to my hair. She listens to her clients wishes and offers great suggestions for styling and keeping your hair healthy. She’s very skilled at color and her pricing for all of her services is very reasonable. Her salon always feels like a place where new friends are made. Her dog is the cherry on top and he greets everyone.

Kim Spradlin I heard Mary is the person to see if you have curly hair, and it is so true! I went for a first time consult prior to the haircut, and both times she was patient, fun, and answered every question I had. She made sure I was comfortable with each step and gave me a beautiful layered cut. Mary is definitely my go-to stylist from now on.

A S I have curly PTSD. DECADES of bad haircuts that make me either look like a mushroom or a cocker spaniel because hair stylists don’t understand curls. No more!! I moved from western Washington and couldn’t drive 6 hrs one way for haircuts anymore. Wenatchee is two hours away and I found MAAD Stylist so crossed my fingers and hoped it wouldn’t be too bad. Mary is amazing!! She has deep knowledge of curls because her kids have curly hair. She is passionate about hair and understands that decisions have to be made based on how much time and budget someone has. The best part: I didn’t hate my hair the first time I washed it after she cut it. It’s lovely and bouncy, she listened to exactly what I want, taught me a few things, somehow gave me the long layers I requested while still managing to create body and also give me face-framing layers. I’m really happy. Go see her.

Hals I am extremely disappointed in this business and the owner. This business sold a gift card to me right before shutting down their Bellevue location WITHOUT letting me know [a 3 year customer] that they were closing down in two weeks from the purchase date. I have tried contacting the Chelan location, the owner [Michelle] and the info email for months now and they will not credit me the $150 gift card. This is extremely unprofessional and verifies all of the sketchy rumors I have heard. Extremely disappointed. Update - It has been two years, I am still trying to get in contact with them, and they still will not answer me. All I want is either my money back, or for them to allow me to use my gift card on product. This is extremely unethical.

Olivia Gray I had the best experience with Kendal (I hope that’s how to spell her name)!! I’ve had very long hair for most of my life and finally decided to chop it all off. She listened to exactly what I wanted and eased my nerves as this was a big change for me. She even talked me through what products to use to give my short hair texture. Based on the attractive cut/style of an acquaintance, I made an appointment with Emily at Feathered. I am so pleased. This is the first cut Ive had that works. She had great suggestions and seemed experienced and skilled.

Bruce Darling Leigh gives the best haircuts! I have seen 20-ish stylists throughout my years and she is a true artist who gives me the best haircut that grows out in a way I like it until it’s time to get another. She gave me a new style that I get many compliments on. My wife sees her as well and Leigh makes her blonde color so beautiful. Her caring and kind personality are the icing on the cake.

I have followed them from their original location to their current location, and the quality of service I have gotten is far superior from anywhere else. I always feel welcome, and get exactly what I want. I have also been a customer of Barbara’s Waxing for over 10 years, and she is THE only person I will ever let touch me for hair removal. She is experienced, talented, and always friendly and professional. Not only that, but she goes above and beyond to help her customers (including myself). I suffer from ingrown hairs, and she has taken it upon herself to research and suggest/try different products and methods of hair removal and care. Barbara is also on top of new innovative techniques and products that make her services virtually painless—and me hairless. Her services are affordable (even for this college kid working minimum wage part-time) and her prices have remained the same for the last two years that I have been paying for my appointments myself. Whenever I get compliments on my brows (which is more often than you think) I always send them to Barbara. After all, she is the best!!

Kristen Baltz I come to Hello Gorgeous because I am loyal client of Barbara’s, who is a master waxing professional. I can speak from experience that Barbara is the best wax I’ve ever received. She is fast, efficient, and clean. She uses two types of wax, which I appreciate because it targets different types of hair. She also preps the skin before, and applies an antibacterial (nonabrasive) afterward. If you desire, she will apply a soothing balm as well. I receive complete Brazilians from Barbara, and she makes me feel comfortable on her table- which is so important. Her prices are beyond fair ($55 for a front to back full Brazilian). I’m used to paying close to $80 for the same service in the Seattle area. I cannot speak for the ladies who offer hair styling services, but the salon is full service and the ladies who greet me are always lovely. If you are looking for a waxing professional, trust me and see Barbara- love her!
