1 /5 Leah B: AVOID My 16 year old daughter went in for eyebrow lamination & lash lift. I wish we read the bad reviews as they are the worst. I went with her & we said it was her first time could they do a test & make it natural. The result was beyond terrible, they are not experienced & removed part of her inner eyebrow, laminated it upwards & tinted it black (the opposite of natural). The die went outside of the hair area and she looked like a clown. My daughter was so distressed she came out crying & we had to go to another salon & try and remove some of the tint. It didn’t really work as there were so many chemicals in her brow she ended up missing a few days of school. DISASTER! A sorry isn’t going to cut it here. I would avoid going here in the first place.

1 /5 Darcey Ford: i came in to get a lash lift and tint ready for the holiday of a lifetime. i told the lady i had never done one before and she didn’t even do a patch test. When the tint was on it started to burn so asked her to take it off. my eyes were irritated when i got home and the next day were extremely red and in pain so went to the pharmacy to get allergy drops. they continued to get worse and worse. we had a 14 hour flight and by the time we got to dubai i had to seek medical help as they were so bad. painful and extremely inflamed. they felt like they were on fire. When we finally arrived in cape town they were no better, eventually i ended up in A&E after two days of agony as the pain was unbearable. the doctor described it as a sand storm in my eyes. and that is was viral conjunctivitis due to allergy and infection, more antibiotics and numbing eye gel were needed. she advised it will take 14 days to clear up so will affect my whole holiday. they are also extremely sensitive to light. a lash tint so far has cost me over $500 in medical bills and the shop hasn’t even bothered to reply

1 /5 Sumatt Kaur: I had a ridiculous experience recently. I went in to get my eyebrows done, and the lady who attended to me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. She was on a personal phone call the entire time she was working on my eyebrows, which made me uncomfortable and concerned. When I politely asked her to go easy on me, she responded in a very disrespectful manner and began speaking to me in Punjabi. The way she handled the threading left me with cuts on and around my eyebrows—it was painful and careless. When I asked to speak to the manager, she first claimed she was the manager herself. After I insisted, she made a call and put someone on the phone who she claimed was the manager but it was clearly an international call, and I believe it was a friend or relative from India, not someone actually in charge at the salon. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and unhappy with both the service and how the situation was handled. The staff definitely need proper training in both customer service and basic professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

1 /5 Mirna Mehareb: I came in for eyebrow threading on a Monday when the salon wasn’t busy, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting me was on her phone during the appointment, which felt unprofessional. After she said she was done, I had to request brushing and trimming, as it’s usually part of the service. She seemed annoyed at the request but did a minimal job. When I noticed an uneven hair at the end of my brow and asked for it to be removed, she handed me the tweezers instead of doing it herself. I explained that I didn’t know how to use them properly and requested her help, but she seemed reluctant and eager to return to her phone. Given that there were no other customers waiting, I expected more attention to detail. Additionally, I wasn’t offered moisturizer at the end, which is typically part of the service. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness made this a disappointing experience.

1 /5 Ashma Shah: I am shaking with disbelief that the lady destroyed my eyebrows. Just came out of the parlour and I am writing this review with teary eyes. My eyebrow now looks like a needle when I clearly told her to just remove the extras and keep the shape. She just nodded her head and destroyed my eyebrow within a minute. I am in shock. I had sparse eyebrows already and it took me almost 2 years to grow it in full, I could not utter a word in front of her because of disbelief. Wish I had read reviews before I entered this absolute disaster of a place.
