Kate Shum Laney was absolutely lovely. I have very short, weak nails and she gave me some lovely acrylic extensions and chose the perfect shade of pink. She checked on the length and shape 3 or 4 times to make sure I was happy, and the finished look was polished and perfect.

Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt. Jenny Tran I’ve been to this nail salon before, but ever since the new owner took over, the service has improved a lot. The staff are more attentive, the atmosphere feels more welcoming, and the quality of work is amazing. My nails look perfect and the whole experience was super relaxing. Highly recommend giving them a try — you can really feel the difference!

Natalie Hoffman We can highly recommend Sophie and her business, she is amazing!! We had been recommended by a friend and we have not been disappointed. We drive an hour to come and see her as the service and knowledge of the skin and her beautiful product choices are outstanding. They are all so friendly and nothing is ever a worry or too hard. Sophie is helping us through the tough teenage acne phase of a teenage boys life and she is so kind and understanding and happy to explain it all to both of us.
