5 /5 Neha D: I had an incredible experience here! Isabella, who was my stylist, did an amazing job with my permanent straightening. At first, I was worried because I have quite thick and curly hair, but she was so professional, gentle and down to earth, she made me feel so comfortable. We got along well and I completely lost track of time — even though it was almost a five-hour session! She was very thorough and used different products suited for my hair’s thickness, and you can tell that she’s extremely experienced and knows what she’s doing. The ambience is great and it is very clean and tidy.
Even her business partner, Ricky, was there helping me pass the time — they were both so hospitable and welcoming. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon in Melbourne. Highly recommend. ☺️
