She offered a resolution that was not only fair but honestly quite generous. Every business can make mistakes, but it’s how they respond that really matters. Linda Lueck What a truly amazing salon!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! I visited this salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago as I needed a perm and just WOW. I explained to Niki what I had had previously and what I wanted now and she listened to me. Its the best perm Ive ever had and Ive been having them for 10 years. Niki is incredibly talented hairdresser. Even the atmosphere was fun from the moment I stepped in there. I will certainly be back. Ive just found my new hair salon!!!
