1 /5 Jo Creswell: Only go here if youd like some free insults with your treatment. You will probably feel worse about yourself when you leave than when you went in. Its like the staff have been trained in "negging". Cant wait for a place with better customer service to open in the Pentridge area.

3 /5 Eli Ronzi: I went on a Saturday morning before 9 to be there when it opened. The girl arrived at 9:08, didnt greet, didnt smile, didnt apologise. I asked for eyebrow threading and leg waxing. After the threading, I had to wait extra time because the wax was not ready yet. This is very unprofessional, as the wax must be ready for business at 9, meaning staff should be there before 9 to prep. I am giving 3 stars only because the eyebrows are OK and because the other girl is much nicer and polite. I come here for convenience but would not necessarily recommend.

2 /5 Simone: This is my second time getting my eyebrows threaded. Both times I was happy with my threading. I visited for the second time on Saturday and waited around 40 Minutes in the chair. I was happy to wait but would have appreciated knowing it was going to be a long wait. Whilst waiting I observed the technician wear the same gloves for the previous client, the current client (all while touching efptos machine, phones, cupboards, wax, dye etc). and then went to use them on me. I asked her to change her gloves which she wasn’t happy about. I’ve never had a person doing my eyebrows wear gloves, only use hand sanitizer. Gloves are fine if they are used properly! I then witnessed her use the same unsanitised brush and tweezers on me as was used on the client before. I highly recommend revisiting with staff hygiene practices in the beauty industry.

2 /5 Anne D: As mentioned before, you get what you pay for. Quick threading, not too expensive. However my low rating is due to the fact that it’s impossible to make a booking. Not sure why they have a phone since no one ever picks up. Hoping for a more professional salon at Pentridge.
