SMS, email, picking up the phone when someone calls to your shop, instead of blaming me bc I don’t have a voicemail enabled. Pretty quick to take my money but pretty slow to sort out problems. They can’t refund you or provide proof of refund but you just gotta wait an undetermined amount of days and if you don’t get it, the shop suggests to call and inquire, however, they don’t pick up the phone and so on… annoying and not serious.
