5 /5 Yaren Iffet: Thoroughly impressed with the quality of SNS nails, the shape, colour and technique was perfect. And reasonably priced! Walked in and waited around 20 minutes - which wasn’t bad at all :) thanks so much!

1 /5 Jed: This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I waited around 20-30 minutes just for regular nail polish. The woman didn’t buff or shape my nails at all and still charged me $15 . The pricing info in their booklet says “Express manicure with normal polish $15”. I did not get an express manicure or anything of the sort. When I asked nicely about it, I was yelled at and the booklet was snatched out of my hands. The booklet even has the definition of a manicure in it - “cuticle treatments including push back, remove excess skin then shape, buff you nails. Hand location and a mini massage is provided before final strengthener and polish are applied.” I did not receive this service. The customer service was absolutely appalling. I do not recommend this salon. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

1 /5 Georgia Melville: I went here when it was dead quiet on Labour Day. The last doing my nails cut me multiple times with the nail file. All which are still opening and bleeding again the next day. All the nails are crooked, and the pain job is terrible. Paid $75 to get this set done. Really disappointed that this is the quality, especially when they’re so quiet.

1 /5 Rosa Ciavarella: No words can express how rude they are! I had a 9am appointment, the person that served me snapped at me. The person that did my toes was rough! The only nice one was the woman who did my nails. Advice for the salon, use your manners and be nice to your customers, we are the ones keeping you in a job! I live in north coburg, but would rather travel than be treated like an idiot. To the woman who yelled at me….learn customer service!.
