emily keely I have been seeing the girls at Vital Effect for over 5 years now and there is no where else that compares. I have had ongoing skin issues and they go above and beyond to not only treat my skin but the extensive knowledge about what internal factors are effecting it. I have gotten results with Jamie that I have never had anywhere else. Its a beautiful studio in a great location and I drift off to another place during treatments. Thank you so much girls, cannot thank you enough!

Marine ¨P I’ve been coming here regularly and overall, it’s a great spot - reliable, efficient, and they always manage to fit me in, even last minute, which I really appreciate. They’re open to different design ideas and do a really great job with shaping and refills. My BIAB nails have stayed strong and healthy since I started. That said, it’s not a spa-like experience. The atmosphere can be a bit rushed, and while it’s completely fine that the staff speak in their own language, there are moments where it feels like they might be talking about you, which can be uncomfortable. The level of nail art skill really depends on who you get - some a great and some less so will take longer. So if you want a specific design, definitely ask ahead and make sure they’re comfortable with it. If you’re after great value, efficient service, and strong nails without the frills, this place is absolutely perfect. I keep going back.

Sophie Tran I had the pleasure of getting the amazing Tiki facial and LED treatment which has left my skin glowing. My therapists name was Lucy who was thorough, professional and paid extra attention to every inch of my skin, she even did some extractions. Their new location is amazing, the moment I stepped inside I was offered a refreshing herbal tea, it was immaculately clean and the ambient of the rooms were so calming I fell asleep whilst having my treatment. I’ve also had micro dermabrasion from previous treatments and can’t recommend it enough. Any treatment here leaves my skin feeling and looking amazing. The girls really know their stuff especially the owner Mary who’s knowledge surpasses any skin specialists I’ve ever spoken to.

I honestly won’t trust anyone else to do them, even when I’m unsure of what style I like she always talks me through and I end up leaving with the perfect brows and lashes. Monique and Louisa were so comforting and confident in their explanations, and consequent delivery of my procedure. All available treatments for my areas of concern were thoroughly explained, but there was absolutely no pressure of an ‘upsell’. Looking forward to my next treatment. Thank you ladies.
