emily keely I have been seeing the girls at Vital Effect for over 5 years now and there is no where else that compares. I have had ongoing skin issues and they go above and beyond to not only treat my skin but the extensive knowledge about what internal factors are effecting it. I have gotten results with Jamie that I have never had anywhere else. Its a beautiful studio in a great location and I drift off to another place during treatments. Her kindness, genuine warmth, METICULOUS attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for her clients is absolutely unmatched and cannot be found anywhere else. I know for many of us waxing can seem really daunting and painful, making it something we dread when the time comes. But Carly is very speedy and always empathetic to any sensitivity, making sure I am super comfortable at all times. Not to mention the laughs and great conversation that always brighten my day. Truly the best waxing in all of Melbourne!

Isobel Y Absolutely incredible experience. The hair threading was done professionally with limited pain. They didn’t thin out my eyebrows which is a massive plus! They’re kind and gentle as they can be and the aloe Vera gel applied at the end with the mini massage is a great ending to the whole experience. Highly recommend

Miriam Perets Mahi was amazing: this was my first time getting my lashes done, I was initially quite hesitant but the moment I walked in Mahi had such a calm and welcoming energy, it made me feel really comfortable. Marine ¨P I’ve been coming here regularly and overall, it’s a great spot - reliable, efficient, and they always manage to fit me in, even last minute, which I really appreciate. They’re open to different design ideas and do a really great job with shaping and refills. My BIAB nails have stayed strong and healthy since I started. That said, it’s not a spa-like experience. The atmosphere can be a bit rushed, and while it’s completely fine that the staff speak in their own language, there are moments where it feels like they might be talking about you, which can be uncomfortable. The level of nail art skill really depends on who you get - some a great and some less so will take longer. So if you want a specific design, definitely ask ahead and make sure they’re comfortable with it. If you’re after great value, efficient service, and strong nails without the frills, this place is absolutely perfect. I keep going back.

Sahel This is the only place I will ever go to get my eyebrows done. I have been going here for 6+ years and the girls now how to do my brows properly, if I go on the weekends I ask for Raha. I have dark thick brows and gone to many places in the area but this is the only place that know how to clean and shape my brows. Sometimes on special occasions I also get a lash lift and have been happy with the result.

Sherry Sin Connie is very professional and treat all her customers as friends and family. She’s been looking after my sensitive skin for years. I won’t go anywhere else without her top notch plant-based products. They are so gentle and clean which I never experience from other big brand products. I definitely recommend that.
