Her kindness, genuine warmth, METICULOUS attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for her clients is absolutely unmatched and cannot be found anywhere else. I know for many of us waxing can seem really daunting and painful, making it something we dread when the time comes. But Carly is very speedy and always empathetic to any sensitivity, making sure I am super comfortable at all times. Not to mention the laughs and great conversation that always brighten my day. Sophie Tran I had the pleasure of getting the amazing Tiki facial and LED treatment which has left my skin glowing. My therapists name was Lucy who was thorough, professional and paid extra attention to every inch of my skin, she even did some extractions. Their new location is amazing, the moment I stepped inside I was offered a refreshing herbal tea, it was immaculately clean and the ambient of the rooms were so calming I fell asleep whilst having my treatment. I’ve also had micro dermabrasion from previous treatments and can’t recommend it enough. Any treatment here leaves my skin feeling and looking amazing. The girls really know their stuff especially the owner Mary who’s knowledge surpasses any skin specialists I’ve ever spoken to.

Mak P This was my first time here and I usually feel awkward as a man going and getting waxing done. However, everyone here was very professional and Chan was fantastic, I’ve never had someone take so much care to make sure it was done well, and the price is very reasonable too, I left very happy. Will definitely come back!

Jessica Glynn I’ve been to this salon twice now and each time I have been quite impressed. The nail techs are able to do any nail design you show them, even if they are not satisfied with it the first time, they will redo it to their and your liking. I had two techs working on my nails on Boxing Day, and I really liked the young tech’s filing and shaping. She made my nails very square, and sharp on the edges. The other tech did a great job with the painting, designs and drilling, however I would recommend the young nail tech if she works regularly (I have not seen her since Boxing Day, so I hope to book with her again sometime). Tons of parking in front of the salon. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the area, especially if you like trendy nail designs.

Isobel Y Absolutely incredible experience. The hair threading was done professionally with limited pain. They didn’t thin out my eyebrows which is a massive plus! They’re kind and gentle as they can be and the aloe Vera gel applied at the end with the mini massage is a great ending to the whole experience. Highly recommend

Liam Clancey The ladies here are great. Carly did my waxing for years and now I go to her for IPL laser removal instead. Such a warm and welcoming environment, and very reasonably priced. Recently my gf has started going here for facials and lashes as well and shes really happy with it. Highly recommend.

Megan Simpson I’ve been coming to Gigi since I moved out to Melbourne for my brows and lashes. I honestly won’t trust anyone else to do them, even when I’m unsure of what style I like she always talks me through and I end up leaving with the perfect brows and lashes. If you ever need anyone for brows and lashes, I’d recommend coming to Gigi x

Edward Delany I have been delighted by how helpful the staff at this clinic have been. I have had Paris for my treatments and she is lovely and knows exactly what she is talking about. Since starting my time at GSC my skin is looking the best it ever has. Highly reccomend.
