Molly was thorough, professional, and easygoing. The manager at the salon was great too and she took personal care to ensure I got the results I wanted. The overall service was excellent, and the quality of the products they used was premium. It’s no wonder they have such glowing reviews online. Before booking at Kokohair, I consulted with several other salons, but they seemed unsure and not confident about colouring my virgin black hair blonde. But Kokohair was confident from the start, which really put me at ease. The price was also reasonable. I opted for direct service (booking appointment) without a consultation, and I dont regret it at all. Ive been receiving so many compliments on my new look, so I decided to write this review right away. My mom even told me I look super cute—what better compliment could I ask for?
