I went from having dark virgin black hair to a gorgeous blonde in just one sitting! Molly was thorough, professional, and easygoing. The manager at the salon was great too and she took personal care to ensure I got the results I wanted. The overall service was excellent, and the quality of the products they used was premium. It’s no wonder they have such glowing reviews online. Before booking at Kokohair, I consulted with several other salons, but they seemed unsure and not confident about colouring my virgin black hair blonde. But Kokohair was confident from the start, which really put me at ease. The price was also reasonable. I opted for direct service (booking appointment) without a consultation, and I dont regret it at all. Ive been receiving so many compliments on my new look, so I decided to write this review right away. My mom even told me I look super cute—what better compliment could I ask for? Thank you, Molly and the manager, for this fantastic transformation and for being so kind. You are all doing a fantastic job! Ill definitely keep coming back for all my hair services!

The atmosphere is relaxed but super professional, and the attention to detail was amazing… they even offered complimentary coffee, which just made the whole experience feel that much more special and thoughtful. I had the pleasure of seeing Jamie, and she was beyond amazing. I came in with hair that was honestly in a pretty rough state… it was dry, damaged, and just feeling really dull. Jamie took the time to sit down with me, talk through exactly what was going on with my hair, and explain what it really needed. She didn’t just do a quick fix or push products: she educated me, helping me understand why certain steps were necessary and how they would help in the long run. What I loved most was how much Jamie truly listened. I had a vision in mind, and she completely understood it! She blended her professional knowledge with such a personal touch, ensuring everything she did was tailored to suit my hair type and overall health. I felt like I was being taken care of by someone who genuinely listened and cared about making me feel good about my hair!! Booked a follow up appointment straight away!! Not only is Kristina incredibly skilled, but theyre also warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do.
