Georgina Pekin I’ve started coming to Grace since switching from SNS to BIAB for healthier nails. Can’t reccomend her enough! My nails last 3-4 week and look so good while also feeling much healthier. She has heaps of colours and designs. Her studio is cute and comfortable and she is so friendly and easy to chat to! Obsessed!! The photo is my nails after nearly three weeks still looking great!

Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. The studio was clean, relaxing, and had a calming atmosphere. She was incredibly professional and skilled. She made sure to explain every step of the process and took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The body wax was thorough but gentle, and my skin felt smooth and soft afterward. As for my eyebrows—WOW! She shaped them perfectly, taking the time to listen to exactly how I wanted them done, and the result was flawless. The attention to detail and level of care were exceptional, and I appreciated how hygienic and precise everything was. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back for regular appointments. Jessie Jones I’ve been a long term customer of Brazilian butterfly Epping and I had to move locations as I had moved house. It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality.
