1 /5 Angelique D: Background: most mums will understand this. I hadn’t left the house in 3 months, or my baby and all I wanted to do was get my nails done. I arrived at the desk where I waited as no one acknowledged I was there. They were very busy. I was told to return in 30 minutes at 213pm. I came back at 2:45. At 3 I asked how much longer it would be “what do you want. I told her what I wanted and she didn’t look up or respond. I explained I can’t be long and that I was told it would be half an hour. No acknowledgement, no apology or explanation. Nothing. I waited another 15 minutes before I left in tears. Horrible people. Horrible time management. I would never recommend this place.

2 /5 Jazmin Maruzza: nails were decent, not very impressed considering they were pushed forward quite a lot and left nail polish on my hands. Customer service, may i say there were some sweet workers but they’re were some horrible ones too from what i recall there was one worker who had long blondish orangish and black hair who was appalling. Another worker who I can’t describe had finished my nails and just walked off, no warning that they were finished or anything. For a simple set of french tips took an hour and 38 minutes because i had around four different workers because they kept on making me wait and changing workers which I had to repeat what i wanted multiple times, but nail wise, wasn’t very surprised or impressed but it’s good enough. would much rather choose a different place from now on
