1 /5 glenice negro: Unfortunately ,I sent this salon an email ,telling them of my disappointment,I am an ex hairdresser ,and received the worst hair cut I have ever had ,I had hoped that someone would have contacted me but nobody did ,so that says alot to me ,I showed a picture of what I wanted ,and the length I wanted ,but came out with my hair considerably shorter and extremely uneven so because of the lack of communication,I decided to voice my opinion and tell others my experience,if they YG dont care why should I ,will definitely not recommend this salon ,sorry but you really need to communicate with people that take the time to tell you in private how upset and how unhappy they are with your service , and listen to what your client has asked you to do with their hair absolutely discussed

5 /5 Robyn Renshaw: Absolutely fantastic hairdressing Company to go to folks in Cranbourne .. many thanks to samie , my wonderfull hairdresser , Sammie absolutely knows what’s she is doing & I so so glad she’s my hairdresser fir now on .. It’s a lovely friendly environment too ❤️

5 /5 Bob Edward: Been having my hair cut at "Green Door" for many years . Their service has always been excellent but they were really put to the test the day when the recent lock down ( No 6 ) ended. They aspired to the occasion brilliantly and even through their services were in great demand they were just as courteous, efficient and friendly as they have always been. Its now January 2024, the same excellent standard of hair cuts continues as does the friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend .
